Montrell Johnson Jr. looks strong and fast, and with the right blocking, he could be a real weapon behind Saquon. Excited to see him in action!

You think the Eagles are going to keep 4 RB and a FB?

We're not keeping 4 RBs (and a FB) on the final 53. Johnson has practice squad written all over him.

Any truth to this?

Lewis Cine was cut

Now go get Rodgers back too

This is a sneaky good move. Depth on the OL was a big need. Fred Johnson performed well when called upon, and there shouldn't be a learning curve with him back in the fold.

Great move for the Eagles. The team is thin at OL backup positions and Fred Johnson performed well when called upon.

So this is more or less an even up swap of Fred Johnson for Darren Kinnard

Lack of OL depth was second worst deficiency after not having someone win a CB. This was a great signing by Howie.

One of the first to go. But hey you give them a year or 2 to see how they progress … can they develop into a serviceable player or not. He did not.

From 15th overall pick to being cut ahead of Brett Toth in 3 seasons, dang.

Not really. He was outplayed by Cooper. And the trade for Metchie pretty much sealed his fate.
