No it isn’t. That’s not how it works at all.

Sure, Jan.

Your argument depends on a lot of supposition.  Prove Tren is state sponsored.   I'll wait.

Prove they aren't. I'll wait. Your side is the one who has to prove it in court they aren't emptying their jails and sending them here.

How about this...we cut the BS and go back to he has an act and a SCOTUS ruling. You can't do a f'ing thing about it if he decides to say F off. Nothing. Not one damn thing, but he's not. He's going to court for a reason even though he has that right.

No, you made the assertion that FTOs are often foreign sponsored.  That burden of proof lies with you.  Maybe you should call Megyn for her expert legal opinion.

FFS dude, the prosecutor, or person making the claim, always has the burden of proof. This is simple sheet Marsha.

Actually, it doesn't.He's using a law with a SCOTUS ruling that says he's not subject to this BS. It's on you all to prove he is misusing it.

Plus, the DOJ wouldn't even reveal the names on the flight. You think they are giving up intel sources? Yeah, OK.

Yeah, which would be the ACLU bringing it. What else you got?

The government made the original claim when they deported them.

ACLU brought the motion, dude. You don't even know who the plaintiff is in this case. I'm done.

Actually, the ACLU merely has to establish the claim that the AEA is improperly applied and that Ludecke does not match the facts of the case.

It is not 1948, there are no German citizens and we are not two years removed from a war with Germany.  Those are all reasonable claims and now the government must defend the novel legal theory that the President can invoke a war time law without a war.

Dude, we are doing circles. I'm going back to liking your posts in the other thread. This will probably make it to SCOTUS again because more judges will go rogue. We can talk then. Hope you have a good one.

PS it is funny to me that even though he has the right, the thing everyone is freaking out about is the thing Trump isn't doing and he's going through the courts on this issue.

Kill em all, let God sort it out.

I think you give them a fighting chance. Throw them out of a plane over the ocean and toss one parachute.

The issue is Trump doesn't have that right.

Well, we both have our feelings on it, he's not ignoring judges like people have freaked out about, and we'll see what happens.

He actually seems to be getting angrier as the months go on. He was supposed to quit a few times

I’m pretty sure the issue with MAGAts hating rulings they don’t like is because they all got their asses handed to them by a judge in family court.
