Interesting tidbit, Boasberg was Brett Kavanaugh's housemate at Yale law school.

Here we go. I give it less than a week.

From that no name.  Keep dreaming.

Yeah that's why

Imagine being this retarded

Through all the bluster, the Administration has continued to abide by the rulings. The SC is going to have to step in and reign in these judges sooner or later, Trump is trying to pressure into sooner.

Chief Justice Robert’s already weighed in on the orange clown’s tantrums. The convict in chief is the one that needs reigned in. If you want a dictator, move to Russia commie.

This is nothing more than a power grab and you know it.  None of the words used by Trump or his minions are accurate in describing Boasberg.  They simply do not like this decision and know that they have an excellent trial balloon to use to attack the judiciary given the general optics.

As for the case in point, those 200+ immigrants were all fully in custody and not going anywhere.  Giving them due process isn't a big ask.  Boasberg is right to require the administration to explain why they did what they did and what their reasoning is for invoking the Alien Enemies Act.  Invoking that act is surely something that should be take up to SCOTUS for a ruling before simply denying due process en masse.  It would be one thing if those people were simply deported to Venezuela but taking them directly into that hell hole prison in El Salvador where they will almost surely remain without due process until they die is another thing entirely.

It says so much to me that the left is imploding over the constitutional rights of people who are here illegally, living off the system that we pay for and very likely are criminal gang members preying on our citizenry.  You'll have to excuse those of us who just don't care about the means by which they are being deported.

What does the fact the Chief Justice Roberts has an issue with the way this is going down, sat to you?

So you are ok with the government rounding up anyone they wish and deporting them without due process? No big deal if they happen to round up a few legal residents along the way?

Roberts said absolutely nothing about the way these deportations were being conducted.  As usual you are misinformed.

Oh yes, thank you for once again repeating your signature line.  Sadly, my mind remains unchanged.

So you agree it is ok to sheet on the Constitution?

Yeah, I’m the one that misinformed. His comment was indirect response to how trump responded to the ruling. No one has an issue with deporting illegal gang members, just go through the proper channels to do so.

"Roberts’ statement did not mention Trump by name, but it came hours after the president stepped up his attacks on federal judges by specifically calling for US District Judge James Boasberg, who has temporarily blocked the deportations of alleged Venezuelan gang members, to be impeached.”

Then answer the question.

Are you ok with imprisonment without due process?

We aren't putting anyone in prison.  We are deporting people who are here illegally.  Their home countries are putting them in prison.  They can get due process in their own country...if they have such a thing.

His comment was about Trump calling for the judge to be impeached.  Roberts has made no statement about the means by which these people are being deported, which is the entire premise of your argument.

Well now I see you haven't even bothered to read more than a headline.  We transported about 250 Venezuelan citizens to El Salvador and paid El Salvador to incarcerate them in a prison (a really horrible prison).  The payment is $6M per year.

Let me ask you again, are you ok with putting people in prison without any due process?

wait, we are paying one country to imprison criminals from another country $6mil a year and there are people acting like this is a win?

I understand exactly what's happening and I stand by my statement that WE aren't putting anyone in prison.

But if you want a direct answer I will give you one.

Yes, I am absolutely fine with removing illegal aliens, suspected of organized, violent crime and sending them home where they will be incarcerated.  They can advocate for their guilt or innocence there.

No, of course not.  These people are only suspected of being criminals.  The price would probably be higher if they were proven to be the real deal.

Do you realize that the due process you are denying these people is the same due process that keeps the government from deporting you and me without cause?

Why do you insist on such dishonesty?  They've been moved DIRECTLY into prison in a 3rd country and we have paid for them to be kept there.  They have not been sent "home".

There is no debating this fact.  Trump says so himself and published articles and videos to announce the agreement.
