The difference being who did the charging Dave. Any fake prosecutor can invent fake crimes to charge somebody with.

I see they weren't passing out the smart pills when you posted this.

trump was convicted on the 34 felony charges by a jury, of which multiple jurors admitted to being trump supporters. but yeah, that makes it all fake. 🤣

also, the georgia case hasn't been dropped, they just asked for an extension to get a new prosecutor because get this, the ga da's office has not yet received the physical case file and that it could take at least a month before they do. you as a former atty should know it's weird they have been delayed in getting the case files, but we all know you're full of sheet.

and let's not forget that four defendants: attorneys Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, Kenneth Chesebro, and bail bondsman Scott Hall have pleaded guilty.

yeah, sooooooo fake. 🤣

Trump committed real crimes when he withheld classified material, refused to return it for 18 mos, kept it in insecure locations on his complex, ultimately requiring a raid by the feds to secure it.

Biden's DOJ was too reticent to set a precedent in charging a former president even when he 100% deserved it.

That's what the facts tell us counselor.

Okay clown. The great thing about that raid is that it laid a foundation for venue in Florida when indictments are filed against the real criminals. Buckle up buttercup.

Your excuses for criminal behavior by Trump and others around him continue unabated.

Your arrogance is laughable.

For the record, your reading comprehension is abysmal. He said Trump was convicted, not just charged. If you really were a lawyer, you must've been dogshit at it.

Ever hear of a Grand Jury. They did the charging. Not the DA or any Fake Prosecutor. Seriously.

didn't you know? the jury was part of the deep state.

just a reminder for when cucks like procus claim everything is fake when it comes to trump and his croonies.

attorneys Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, Kenneth Chesebro, and bail bondsman Scott Hall have pleaded guilty.

for a fake case, it seems really weird that two actual attorneys would plead guilty.

maybe the thread title was meant more... aspirationally?

OP looking for some of that rich molasses?

Good read. With all the squawking I'm reading about retaliatory action here, let them complain. Her indictment against Trump was a flagrant malicious prosecution. The case against James is anything but a malicious prosecution. It's a garden variety mortgage fraud, and the facts are pretty much beyond dispute. Under the facts and law, James will have a rough time getting out of this one. Her only defense, when pounding the facts or pounding the law won't work as it won't work here, is to pound the table. Look for a lot of noise and little substance.

She's guilty and may serve some time. She should be disqualified as serving as the New York AG.

cool, maybe we should also be pushing back on Trump trying to use the Insurrection Act of 1807 to justify military invasions of blue states.

but you won't, because you're cool with authoritarianism as long as it's the right kind.

When you say "the facts are beyond dispute”, what do you mean? Were you part of the grand jury? Have you been privy to the evidence that the government has?
