There's a bunch of cases against Trump that were pure political "Lawfare" as you would have it and the NY one they nabbed him for was one of them. Trump was guilty of that, as James is probably guilty here, but neither of these cases exactly shine as deserved justice.

That said, Trump 1000% is guilty of treason both for Jan. 6 and his election meddling especially in Georgia. So there's also that.

Again the tragedy here is how all of this gets conflated with trump's actual sinister crimes, which he adds to every day.

So if she only rented it out for a few months during the first year, then she didn't violate that clause. Now, if shortly after buying the home she entered into a 12 month lease with a tenant, then that's a different story. But as of this point, we don't know what we did as we haven't seen the evidence against her.
