I'm far from a Trump supporter, but this talking point is old and tired. This is predicated on a baseline where the 2017 tax cuts expire and EVERYONE's taxes are increased. That was never going to realistically happen. At most they would have increased the top rate back to 2016 levels, which is what Obama and Democrats did when the Bush tax cuts expired.

Using a baseline that assumes across the board tax increases is ridiculous.
