Running in a national primary outside of where you are already established is different. Nobody said he can't win, but it's an obstacle like Vikas said for the reasons he mentioned. Like Alpha said if they get out of their own way it won't prevent him from winning.

You know what else is different? When the opposition says ridiculous stuff like "it was a sheriff's badge" and "my heart goes out to you" and rubes like you actually believe them.

What the heck are you moving the goal post to now? We are talking about Shapiro. Stay focused.

if shapiro can get a rec marijuana bill passed, it will help put a dent in the state's deficit. he needs it.

Yeah man, and I'm sure you'll totally vote for him too against Vance in '28 should he win the nomination.

Which is dumb, but to extrapolate that nationally is a bit of a stretch. You'll also have to forgive me for calling out the blatant hypocrisy when someone like diehard is the one to bring it up.

We all saw Bernie getting traction in the 2020 primary. Schumer being the first Jewish Senate majority leader ever. Guys like Schiff and Moskowitz having prominent influence in the house, etc. Not to mention the suspension of disbelief needed to defend "my heart goes out to you" and "it was a sheriff's badge." The fact remains that any comparison between the two parties falls flat on its face.

It's no different than a trumpbot saying Harris couldn't string together a few words to form coherent thoughts without it coming out like word salad while ignoring Trump's rambling nonsense he somehow branded as the "weave".

This is a great point. The dems would have already had a jewish nominee if the super delegates didn't rig it for Hillary.

There is the effort to change the subject again. Your posts today can be boiled down to I'm wrong but I'll get DHF!!!

I would say the environment in the Dem party is a lot different now than 5 years ago. We wouldn't have seen what we did in NYC then. Shapiro can still win but there is an anti Israel movement that wasn't there then. He can win, but in certain states he's going to face opposition because he is Jewish. Insurmountable? No. Present? Yeah.

A lot has changed in 9 years.

For instance, the electorate has gotten MUCH dumber.

Well lets take a look at what demographic has increased their turnout in recent years.

Haven't really thought much about it. For me, personally, I believe we haven't come anywhere close to the hard times we need in order for the majority of the US population to realize we need serious candidates with serious ideas on how to fix the federal debt and equity problems we have in this country.

Clearly, most people in here are still cool with increasing the debt by $5T, not cutting spending in any meaningful way, and paying for the federal government and subsidizing the elite by increasing taxes on the lower and middle class.

If the common man woke up from their stupor and was finally willing to take their vote seriously and not be a low information zombie I think the list on both sides would be different.

As much as I enjoy listening to Mayor Pete slay dragons on Fox News, he's more of the same from Democrats. He won't be the one to stand up to his party and say no mas. Bernie has the conviction required to do the job but I don't believe billionaires are the source of all our problems either.

Based on the past six months we basically have a typical Democrat in office now outside of tariffs. Spending is out of control, we're ramping up in Ukraine, inflation is exactly where it was six months ago, illegals are still working our cheap labor jobs, and we're still beholden to Israel.

So on a scale of 1 - 10 about how jazzed I am about 2028, I'm a solid 3... with all 3 being Trump out of government for good.

They are the mirror zombies to your ilk…
