    R.I.P. I'm old enough to remember hanging on a cliff during Apollo 13.

    He and many others put their lives on the line in the pursuit of scientific exploration. A hero in every sense of the word.

    Me too. I was 9 years old. My 1st memory of what today is a breaking news event. Whenever I watch the movie seeing Pope Paul asking for prayers is what I remember most as we prayed every day in school for all of them.
