Not sure how it works but he may have already lost money because he didn't play a snap

Carter won't be getting the benefit of the doubt when it comes to getting calls. He's building himself a reputation that's going to earn him a blind eye from the refs most of the time. He'll have to be blatantly held to get a call, and even then a lot of those will just fly. That's my biggest problem with this. Dak is a giant POS that made up his phony story about just spitting randomly and big ol meany Carter went crazy for no reason and attacked him. He has no idea why.

That being said I can't wait for the rematch with the bois. I really hope they still have a chance at the playoffs when they meet so the Eagles can smash them. F*** Dallas.

CJGJ had to learn that. He got flagged for just yelling at a guy last year (wasn't he ejected? I can't remember). Then he stopped taking bait and walked away. In the Super Bowl, Travis Kelce tried baiting him (because he's an a-hole too), and CJ stood still and pulled his hands in to his body as if to say I'm not doing anything. Travis bumped up into him trying to get a reaction.

Other teams will definitely try this with Carter, including acting to get roughing the passer and other penalties. He's going to have to be extra careful.

Fortunately the Eagles have a lot of high quality leadership in their locker room so I’m sure they’re getting to him, but it’s a concern. I thought they were going to call him for a personal foul from hitting Mahomes in the face in the SB too potentially wiping away that turnover. They didn’t though, but he really doesn’t want to get a reputation for being a dirty player. It could really hinder his future like it hindered Suh.

We got extremely lucky he didn't get flagged for that in SB.

I just hope he doesn't become timid.

Is he playing this Sunday or not? Did he get suspended?

I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Eagles sit him at least a quarter.

That's a lot of money dang.

It’s the equivalent of 1 game’s pay.

I would not be surprised to see some type of internal punishment as well.

He got benched for the 1st quarter (?) in last season's Falcon's game, I believe. For being late to a team meeting. So, this transgression is like 150x worse.

He was suspended a game and fined another games salary. I personally think it's overkill for spitting at someone who clearly taunted you.

dak wouldn't have even tried that if BG was on the field.

Head-case.

and thanks to his the teammate right next to him, his antics haven’t cost us a game, YET

It's coming. I just hope, he doesn't turn into Haynesworth 2.0.

He has some rooted focus issues.

I guess we are really seeing now why a top 3 talent dropped to 9. Issues with conditioning and getting another personal foul 2 weeks after letting everyone down and almost costing us a game.

Good player, but an effing MORON when it comes to play on the field. I wonder how long the Eagles put up with his stupid, immature, dumb arse play before they enact their own discipline on him.

I think he is losing $$ with every one if his acts. And since his acts hurt the Team, I would internally penalize his butt.

It will probably take him a little longer to mature as a player without having a vet like Fletcher Cox around to help the process along.

How much longer does he need though? He's been an idiot for 2 years now.

Also, isn't Fletch and BG at most practices? That's an opportunity to help JC mature, IMO.

Everybody is different. He didn't enter the league as the most mature college prospect. He's currently only 24.

I have no idea who is at practice, but those guys aren't part of the "room" anymore (they are definitely not on the field) and Jordan Davis is the elder at only 25 years old.

I love his game and ability. I just hope he grows up and stays an Iggle for as long as possible.
