CLEARLY, the refs are trying to give the Bucs as many breaks as they possibly can. By this time, we can see the NFL controls the refs, and they want the Bucs back in the game. It's so obvious anymmore. It's really all about sports betting now. The NFL stands to gain or lose a LOT of $$$, so THEY control the games.
