I think our biggest problems right now is our inability to play complimentary football and the offenses lack of identity.

Patullo is now 5 games in. Things should be starting to click for him by now, but this guys awareness and adjustments are not good enough for the NFL, especially for an offense with this much firepower.

I figured this game could go either way, so not shocked by the L.

The defense isn't off the hook giving up 15 points in 5 minutes either.

Maybe the offense should have sustained a drive so they were not on the filed for 2/3 rds of the second half

I still miss Shane Steichen. Look what’s he is doing in Indy with Daniel Jones. Pair him with Vic would be perfect.

Pretty weird feeling.... losing.

Maybe if the defense did it's job and got off the field the Offense could have done more.

They're big boys they need to do their job. As Andy used to say everyone gets a piece of the pie.

If I have to be honest, today I feel like it's more on the players than Patullo, that was horrible for 3 games and a half out of 4, but today I feel like it was...less his fault.

Stupid penalties and a couple of huge missed opportunities costs us the game more than the coaching.

They will lose to the Giants the first game and beat them in Philly the second game. This is not a good football team, has bad chemistry, too many injuries on the OL and a bad OC. They will not finish with a winning record this season.

So how T F we have the tied best record in the NFC having played three playoff teams and a divisional rival? Yeah, we suck

IMO the Baun penalty was legit. What wasn't was picking up the Grounding flag and the obvious but missed PI. And the Motion penalty that nullified Smith's catch was more than a little bit tacky-tac as well.

Yeah I'd agree with that, the Baun foul was dumb football, but the video ref intervening on the Grounding when everyone watching in the stadium and on television knew that it was the definition of grounding the ball to avoid a sack and not calling a clear PI on Goedert that would have put us at 1st and goal from the 3 in the dying seconds of a 4 point game were both ridiculous decisions.

What is this feeling you speak of? It's been a very long time.

Biggest regression this season is how bad the oline has played. Both the pass protection and run blocking have significantly regressed. And far to many pre snap penalties.

Run d getting gashed too often

OC needs to be fired immediately.

All Eagles wins took some mishaps and outliers. Kelce dropping an easy TD. Lamb dropping wide open passes.. Miracle FG block. Eagles haven't fully controlled their destiny in these wins. They always need help from the opposing team.

I wonder if the SB win gave Sirianni the leash to pick his own offensive coordinator again (both times have been disastrous). AJ has an effort problem that is not going away.

Just win. That's all. And they did until tonight. Still better than last year, and look how that ended up

And the refs get a dishonorable mention.

There was 6 penalties during Denver's 4 scoring drives. 3 of them against Denver, 3 against the Eagles. Encroachment on Carter, legit 5 yards.. Holding on Q, 1/2 the distance from the 4 to the 2. Baun, half the distance to the 14, and the Broncos would have still kicked the 29 yard FG.

The non calls are as bad as bad calls. You have an agenda.

I won't change your mind. Enjoy hating.

I disagree with the Baun call. The runner was still trying to gain extra yards. It was a little late but not egregious. This is football.

Yeah, Denver probably still gets the FG if not for the Baun penalty but the Eagles would have a lot more time to work with.

Every team wins games with some luck every year. Writing has been on the wall just like 2023. Not a good team. Don’t like each other.

The problem is, he isn't the type to keep his coaches from ascending. He can't say No to his OC's if they are going to HC jobs.

That's a reach.... they have had a tough start to the schedule, still 4-1 and top of the NFC. Other teams wish they sucked this badly

The intentional grounding flag that was picked up kills one of their scoring drives dead if it stands as called on the field, I don't understand how the video ref can step in on that, it wasn't an egregious error, as Romo said it was clearly grounding, Nix was in the process of going down for the sack, the pass didn't make it back to the line of scrimmage and the TE was barely within 10 yards of the ball. How do you reverse that?

And that was DPI on Goedert in the dying seconds of a 4 point game, it's a lot easier to score a TD out of first and goal on the 3 than it is out of Hail Mary, again it wasn't a ticky tack call, if you're calling PI on Quinyon for a momentary shirt pull on an uncatchable ball, how are you not calling a lengthy contact and hold on a receiver turning back to catch the ball?

Not all ref calls are created equal.

The refs screwed us today with some horrible penalties in the 4th quarter. That was not a late hit, and they had pass interference not called on us late in the game.

Eagles have the 4th most difficult 2025 schedule but people expect them to roll through these games. Couple this with the tag of SB champs and everyone they will play will step up (I know. They should have punched the broncos in the mouth at 17-3 and ran the game out). At the moment they may be failing the eye test but they are 4-1 with a busted up O Line that is killing the run game.

The biggest concern I have is that there doesn’t seem to be a proactive offensive scheme. It doesn’t seem to allow the WR’s (Brown in particular) to scheme open. It seems, based on this week, it’s reactive.

But I am far from panicking. I expect a response against the Giants.

You know what makes all the above irrelevant, not doing this with half your possessions.

Same thing everyone said when the Eagles were 10-1 in 2023.
