GDT: Denver Broncos @ Philadelphia Eagles, 10-5-25, 1PM EST

You might be right. No argument. But we are living through unbelievable times as Eagles fans. We hardly ever lose. Can we not just enjoy this for a bit?

A few of the wins we have had have essentially papered over the cracks.

I know we a little banged up Injury wise but there's no excuse for that second half performance. On both sides of the ball we simply weren't good enough and haven't been for a little while.

This team is missing some magic. Denver are a good team, make no mistakes, but they are not contenders. I cannot put my finger on it but something needs to change.

Patullo and Jalen Hurts need to pull their heads out of their backsides.

Same thing everyone said when the Eagles were 10-1 in 2023.

So, this is not 2023

It’s exactly the same. Lucky wins masking a very flawed team that has no chemistry and isn’t playing well.

It doesn't help with the turnover with OC since hurts has been the starting qb. But in the first half he was throwing well enough. Maybe it is patullo, but accumulatively it's more than that.

Win next 3 and then split with GB and Detroit, everything will be fine......probably

WTF has happened to the chargers the last 2 weeks, they look like crap, that game may be easier

I have no problem losing, that will happen in the NFL. It just sucks to blow a 4th quarter 2 score lead AND have your Offense just stink......AGAIN.

It's like they haven't learned anything from week to week. Weird team.

Just win. That's all. And they did until tonight. Still better than last year, and look how that ended up

They aren't good enough. Howie got cute this offseason and jettisoned too much talent on both sides of the ball. The offense also isn't getting fixed. They had no answer for the offense in 2023 and you will see it again here.

If things don't change, no game will be easy for us.

Commanders look way more put together and complete in the division.

This high school ineptness from Patty. The lack of effort and attention to detail is concerning. Having no pass rush, the Dline as a whole has been underwhelming. Jalen is back to holding the ball for sacks. $#1+'s all F'd up.

So the offense is going to get its share of the blame, and they deserve the criticism.

But our defense couldn't stop Bo Nix in the 4th quarter. They were picking up yards in chunks.

Need the OL to help with that and the silly pre snap penalties are drive killers.

Would help if there were outlet passes. Some of these routes take way too long to develop with a porous line and a RB that struggles identifying blitzes

I was out watching the game with the boys, and had zero wifi. So I wasn't here to **** n moan today. Anyway, I thought the offense had it figured out in the 1st half, and our D is ALWAYS good. Well, 2nd half- nope and nope. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This team is reminding me more and more of the 10-1 collapse team.

By the end of the season when we were losing to crappy teams like the Cardinals and Giants we knew the season was over and we were toast. Losing to the Bucs was a lock. Even our post game show guys were burying the team.

We’re not going to make any changes by winning. Losing sucks but it’s the only way this team will ever get out of their own way. That, or get someone fired (OC) and replace him with anyone who’s ever called plays before at an even mediocre level.

They did learn. They learned the media talks about us not passing enough, so we threw the ball 40x in a game where we led 17-3 in the 3rd quarter.

How was that not intentional grounding? anyway they will beat the giants and vikings no doubt

You sure about that? This team could easily be 0-5 right now.

The issue is there are at times and Hurts just will either not take them, or take them so late the outside defenders are there to make the stop. He took a horrible sack today where Shipley was wide open in the left flat and he never even looked direction. It's looking more and more like last year was an absolute fluke.

I still think people have rose colored nostalgia goggles about how well we started last year, this was our bye week last year and we were 2-2 and the offense and defense had been up and down, both had had games that absolutely sucked.

They aren't in great form right now, but both sides of the ball have had periods where they've played at the level you'd expect, and still and all, as bad as the second half was after our opening drive Yesterday, a fraction here or there or consistent refereeing and they'd have scraped to 5-0.

The talk in here of firing coaches, especially the Head Coach is ridiculous honestly, laughable.

If AJ doesn’t quit on his route, and team for that matter, we win this game. I’m done with this guy. He’s worse than T.O in the locker room. At least T.O said exactly what his issue was and not in this annoying passive aggressive way.

Yep.

Can't say it, though. Need to bury your head in the sand.
