He's broken all kinds of records. Takien us to two SBs, won one of them. He's historic, as his record stands. And we get this BS with hundreds of likeshttps://x.com/BirdGang4L/status/1990643355500356004?s=20They want him fired on here too

As expectations have risen and we've had success it feels like anything less than a blowout is unsatisfactory. Winning is great. obviously, but success has made following this team (and with this fan base) become more difficult than it needs to be. Yeah, titles are ace. But my goodness, some elements of this fanbase have become so entitled. Are we the late 2000s Pats now?@kiwinavega Use the ignore feature vigorously. Its very easy to do (hover over their avatar and look down)Its also very easy to stop ignoring after a gameday thread where 12 people have to yell F Hurts! 6 times when he has a 4 TD game.We had a group of about 8 who were CJ-ing about how awful Howie 2025 was (yeah, Fred, Tank, and Phillips... what a jerk! What the hell has that guy done lately?)I shut them off and missed their blather for a few days. Phillips killed Green Bay and they came back to this realm of existence so I toggled them back to no longer ignored. No one has a right to yell at you like a crazy person in here about delusions. Just edit them out.You will feel better about being here.Life's too short to have to listen to the Burrow and Stafford fan clubs spitting at Hurts in EMB gameday threads.
November 21, 2025Nov 21 Why isn’t anyone crying about Saquon and his 3.8 yards a carry. Didn’t all of the haters and doubters claim he’s the only reason we won last season? Seems odd that now he’s a middle of the pack back yet the Eagles are 8-2, and don’t tell me that cause this defense either, because they’re middle of the pack too. Bottom line is there’s plenty of blame to go around as to why this offense is struggling this season and it is also clear this offense is very different from anything they have done over the past few years yet here they are 8-2 while playing one of the the most difficult schedules for any team this year.

Maybe I should stop reading social media, which is so negative all the time.Maybe you miss Bobby Hoying, the Detmer’s, Sammy Sleeves, Kevin Kolb, post injury Wentz, and all of the other bums that have come through here. Philadelphia is "the only city where you can experience the thrill of victory and the agony of reading about it the next day"Mike Schmidt.

They are #7 in total defense and #1 in points allowed. Top ten or 5 in the major categories.

This week is a great example of the point I'm trying to make. All we are hearing about is locker room this, OC that blah blah. Any other week it would be bad enough, but it's Dallas Week. That used to really get the blood pumping and the fans energised. I'm seeing very little of that. I haven't seen anyone say F Dallas yet. No sign of the dog taking a leak on the star. Things have changed.

The only real threat to the Eagles is themselves. The Cowboys haven’t been good enough to really care about in a long time. They aren’t the measuring stick they used to be. I remember the days of people were more happy if the Eagles beat the Cowboys twice than actually being a competitive football team. In the end how many people has the media and fans run out of town or wanted to run out of town and eventually regretted the choice? What would’ve happed if we ran Roseman out of here? What about BG? Now we want Jalen gone. Now I can accept wanting change when you’re looking at a 2-8 disaster of a football team, but people are crying about an 8-2 football team with wins over some of the best teams in football. Meanwhile Cowboys fans are talking about super bowls after beating four of the worst teams in football. This is ridiculous people.

But the way lots of the fanbase - and the truly awful media - behaves it's like we're the Jets or the Browns

Everyone gushed over Carson’s arm talent, but post injury Carson’s arm talent was killing the Eagles. Dak’s out there throwing the ball all over the field and throwing out costly pick that kill cowboys chances of winning. How did the great Josh Allen lose to the friggin Texans with David Mills at quarterback? Sometimes you don’t know what you have until it’s gone, but I remember bad Eagles football and I’m fine with not going back to it.

They’re far more advanced than the offense for sure. I guess my overall point is everyone is pointing the finger at one guy when in truth they’re are many factors as to why the Eagles have looked choppy, and yet they’re still 8-2 at the top of the NFC.
