I was thinking the same, this is the most expensive offense ever in the history of the game and theyre all playing lke they cant wait for the game to be over so they do anything other than football.

Nobody looks like theyre having fun, or care, only 2 guys on O that look like they give a damn are smitty and Barkley. Its just really odd that they have 10 of 11 starters returned and they all act like this is either the first time theyve played together or they all are sick of eachother.

I could throw a rock into a Walmart parking lot and find a better QB to make Howie look like a genius. And the next closest person can be the OC. Super Bowl!!

Yup, hurts without a dominant run game has been pretty bad, having said that he hits smitty on that long one and the D actually shows up it looks a lot different

Thing with tanner is he gets the ball out quick and has a big arm, being tall also helps him see the D

Hurts plays with blinders too often and his arm strength this year has been less than ideal and his accuracy has been way off, Ive always thought for his faults as a passer he was one if the best if not the bet go ball thrower in the league but so far this year hes looked rough, that miss to smitty last night was atrociously bad.

I dont think im ready to pull the plug in hurts, the O line has been really bad, and the lack of running game is putting him in unfavorable passing situations, hes always behind the sticks, the predictability of the play calls has allowed defenses to just sit in unimaginative route combos.

Siris offense has always been pretty basic but the gluttony of talent at O line and skill positions had made up for that, now with the rapid decline and dysfunction of the O line all that talent has been nullified and cant make up for lack of creativity in playcalling.

I mean the freaking giants had a rookie qb throwing to a bunch of scrubs behind a shaky O line yet they played with passion and urgency and were able to actually run the ball.

I love Stout but he needs some blame too, hes the run game coordinator and its inexplicable that the eagles cant run the ball, the play calling and formations have been predictable so that doesnt help but the O line isnt blocking anyone at all.

So im not sure I would want to throw tanner into a situation where the O line constantly puts him in tough situations

One thing I can say is tanner wouldnt hold onto the ball for 45 seconds in a clean pocket against a simple cover 3. Then dump it off for 3 yards or leave said clean pocket and throw it out of bounds.

In a vacuum if hurts didnt have a huge contract and hadnt just come off super bowl mvp id bench him and let mckee have a shot, but thats not happening.

Hurts is the leader of the team but right now doesnt look like too many are following and maybe thats more the coaches than hurts🤷‍♂️

Patulla’s been here since 2021, surely he’s learned something about calling the right plays for Hurts. If he hasn’t, that’s even a bigger problem. As a coordinator, like Fangio does, you have to run the right scheme for the players you have, not the ones you don’t.

All teams have terrible fans but we have like 20 of them here.

If you think a zero mobility McKee is the answer for a team with a bad line, terrible OC, and star players who can't give effort (AJ) or stay on the field (Saquon) it shows how little you know.

Your false god looked good against Dallas and NY in give up on the season December.

Just watch a game at random and see how often Hurts has to move out of an insta-collapse pocket. McKee just takes a sack there.

McKee might have 35 sacks and 10 picks through 6 games on this team.

Hurts has 195 yards rushing and 5 rushing TDs on a team that can't run block. McKee would have 12 and 0.

Hurts has run for 22 first downs, extending drives. McKee would have 1 or 2.

Makes me wonder what KC fans are like. Team is 2-3 and has shown literally nothing, especially offensively.

Im playing the wait game sitting at 4-2. Don't get me wrong, KP has been awful and Hurts not seeing/missing open WRs is a not helping. But I will remain patient .

I find it funny bc most the complainers here had us going 11-6 or even 10-7, most had us losing to the Rams and Buccs. 4-2 is 4-2

KC is so weird. I want them to crush the Lions as frauds but if they go to 2-4... also fun.

The problem is the players know that the OC is Nick's buddy and not up to the job. Big mistake made by Howie and Lurie to let Nick promote his buddy with limited knowledge.

That happened 2 years ago and they did it again. Let's have nothing but Barkley runs right up a clogged middle like it's a penalty if we run him wide. Whatever happened to men in motion?

Screens? Quick pitches to the outside? Where are the RPOs? Just Barkey straight up the middle time and again
