    The hardest I've ever laughed, and the loudest I've ever heard a movie theater was during the Franks and Beans scene in There's Something About Mary.

    Some guy legit had a medical emergency because he had an asthma attack from laughing so hard and didn't have his inhaler, so the ushers had to help him to the lobby and call an ambulance.
