November 6, 2025Nov 6 It's absolutely nuts to watch Trump, who threw a debaucherous gala during the shutdown, wrecked the east wing for a gilded ballroom and then on the eve of the elections announced he would refuse a court order to pay SNAP, deflect every ounce of blame on to his party who is completely 100% beholden to him. Then to watch the same crushed party nod in silent agreement. And nobody seems to be able to connect the dots between Trump's failed populist promises and a renewed thirst for actual socialist populism.
