Leaving aside that really, really dumb decision not to punt on 4th down, I'm very happy. Not all wins will be pretty. Not all wins will be blowouts. But the reality is we're 8-2. We're holding the #1 seed and lots of tiebreakers. Our defense looked fearsome. We know our offense can be better. 11 of our games this year are against teams that were in the playoffs last year.

On the downside out offensive line is still playing really hurt. I'm not going to judge the passing game oo harshly, conditions were tough. But we won a hard game agaainst a team that was the #1seed last year and it wasn't really in doubt in the end.

A win next week against a dogshit opponent will help ease our concerns before we have to go break the Alliance on Thanksgiving

Yea but he was over throwing guys in all directions. All year his deep ball has struggled. That along with players stopping routes.

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Big win. Offense still sucks.

This offense is an exact reflection of the 2023 team when the wheels completely fell off by the end of the season. All the same problems are back. The team, constantly getting in its own way with mistakes and penalties. The inability to get the ball to the WR's,. Constantly stuck in long situations and looking for the big play instead of converting downs.

I can't believe some people didn't want to give up a 3rd for Phillips.

What did we give up for Baun last year? Howie does a good job.

The Bears scare me now. They have a more dangerous offense than the Packers and Lions.

Just a reminder. The giants with nobodies scored 20 on the packers.

The lions vaunted defense was down 5 starters. Yet not once was any of these backups schemed against.

Lions 0-5 on 4th down. Dan Campbell. We love you bro 😂

You’re forgetting that Greenbay is not good. Hugely overrated.

Sure. Not sure what that has to do with the Giants scoring more than the Eagles. though. LOL

8-2 with one of the hardest schedules in the NFL.

The best part of this season is the gripers and complainers get to gripe and complain and we're still winning games.

Anyone off the street at this point. At least bring in an advisor to help

Last time we tried that (on D) it made it even worse. No huddle worked amazing, is that Hurts or KP calling the plays?

Anyone that thinks the refs are biased against the Eagles need to be quiet from now on, that was a terrible call although lions were not going to score anyway

Huge 4th down

Yeah, but the difference is that this team looks like it has a much better defense.

Defense wins championships.

Maybe I misunderstood your point or I’m too drunk to care 😆

Early on, I saw at least 5 passes with Hurts putting the ball on the receivers hands and the receivers failing to make the catch. Later (Still in the 1st.) I saw one play in the receivers all went out and then stopped. Hurts had nowhere to go with the ball. It's not all on Hurts. A lot of it is coaching, play-calling, and play-design.

That was a big time performance by the defense. They completely shut down arguably the best offense in the league. Other than 2 or 3 plays, it was a complete beat down.

The offense is on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. There was no cohesion, the offensive line lacked push and are falling off with injuries, Barkley doesn't have the same space or burst that he did last season. They opened the game with back to back drops, Hurts was wildly inaccurate in this game and it could have been the wind that really hurt both QB's. They really need to work out something offensively because this D is championship calibre and they can't carry them on their own.

Right now, the biggest threat within the conference is the Rams. It took 2 huge ST plays last time to win the game, they can't have this inept an offense if they expect to win against them in the playoffs. They do seem on track to get the 1 seed having the head to head victory vs the Rams. Bucs, Lions and Seahawks are their 3 remaining tough matchups. Eagles have Bears, Chargers and Bills (assuming Mariota starts both Washington games).

The whole Offense deserves some form of blame. Siri, Kevin, Hurts and the other 10 numbnut starters. But it all starts at the top. Siri can't fix what he doesn't know, Kevin doesn't know what he doesn't know, Hurts misses throws, Wrs stop their routes or drop balls, TEs drop balls miss blocks, oline penalties/missed blocks/can't stay healthy, RB (might get a pass).

But it all starts at the top. Our only weak point on D is CB2, but our DC is smart enough to help him out. The best thing our HC and OC have going for them is our SB ready D thanks to the DC.

As good as our D is, our O is equally as bad. Don't sleep on Dallas. They suck, but divisional games are usually hard.

Reality is simple : the Eagles have a Super Bowl Defense. Offensively…???!!!!

What does Goff have to do with Hurts play? I like Hurts I really do. He didn't have any where close to his better games tonight. The offense as a whole deserves a lot of blame as a unit.

Comparison of what people act like is pure qb play vs playcalling and clearly the elements. It doesn’t have to be his one of his better games..this game wasn’t even about him to worry about that. But yet people in here crying like the wind want effecting passes, wrs weren’t dropping passes, or being interfered with or not completing routes…just oh Hurts this Hurst that. crap is bull axx sht. He had his few misses for whatever reason so the ef what? If the other qb is supposedly mvp pocket passer Johnny white of the most high flying offense in history and looks worse…then get off your qbs DK.(not you personally)

SMD P🐱🐱🐱y

We're 8-2 having played most of the other NFC contenders.

Our offense is what it is, the scheme is old, uncreative and Tonight wasn't well executed in any part, I saw the QB miss throws he should make, I saw receivers put the ball down when they shouldn't and I watched the OLine play below it's level of last year again, Tonight we couldn't even execute the QB sneak. It's sloppy all over the field, even Barkley is like a heat seeking missile aimed at the pile rather than space 75% of the time.

The offensive issues aren't just Patullo or Hurts, Today was basic execution and there needs to be accountability across the board.

All that said we held the best offense in the league pretty comfortably, as long as they can do that, they should be able to get enough on offense to get them home, we've already seen off the best the NFC has to offer and we're 8-2.
