The same congress filled with Democrat TDSers and commies.Just shut the hell up and accept that this is a win for Trump and literally everyone.Or, continue to stand on the side of Russia/China/Socialists/Communists/TDSersThere is nothing contradictory about what I said. Do you support Trump conducting military strikes against North Korea and Russia and arresting Un and Putin? No? I guess that means you’re pro dictatorship and pro Un and pro Putin! See how dumb that sounds?"Yeah we'll wait for congressional approval to do what took a couple weeks and one night to accomplish. ”Lol. Yup, that’s all it took. A 1 night operation. No more involvement will be needed when it comes to changing regimes….

January 3Jan 3 In regards to a lack of AUMF, by law POTUS has 48 hours to notify Congress upon military action and then has 60 days to get Congressional approval for any boots on the ground, and if Congress doesn't approve there's a 30 day withdrawal window after the first 60 day window. The boat strikes are the murky waters, but this particular raid really isn't from a legal standpoint.Still, kinda would be nice a POTUS in the last two decades actually did get an AUMF ahead of time for all the banana wars that have been going on.Personally I will shed no tears over the raid and I think the world is a better place for it to have happened. I just wish there was someone competent calling the shots a la Operation Just Cause.

He left on his own huh? That’s odd, Trump told me that we launched a military attack on Venezuela and captured Maduro. But thank you for clearing that up.

What does it seem like to you? From what I’ve heard we had two injuries, though I haven’t heard details if these were from enemy fire or some kind of accident.I very much doubt we told him we were coming. That’s basically the exact opposite of what a unit like Delta Force would want to do.

I believe in you...you're so close!Probably because of the logistical support involved. Aircraft, helicopters, naval ships, maybe mid air refueling, etc.You could have a relatively small force on the ground but it might take multiple times that number of people to actually carry out the operation, and certainly a lot of military assets.

Dipsheet is trying to argue that Maduro went willingly and this was just a planned extradition. Which is very much counter to what Trump has said. Also counter to the multiple explosions visible in the videos.
January 3Jan 3 You guys are crying, meanwhile the Democratically elected President of Venezuela is thanking US.
