He would be recalled to active duty and tried for UCMJ violations. If done it would set a terrible precedent as the video was recorded when he was a civilian. The video was a bad idea as now you are telling some green e-2, e-3 to make a call which would best be made after consulting with a JAG. And if they make the wrong call, it will be terrible for them (ruin military career and severely limit their possibilities in the civilian world).
