100 percent hire him as a "consultant" turn this thing around. The offense could not get any worse for it

Firing KP is not going to make the o-line finally block in the run game or make Hurts not retarded.

This is who the team is...its over.

The sooner people accept that the better.

Its been obvious for weeks.

The homers and effeminates here refused to accept what they were seeing saying a win is a win while convincing themselves this team was legit.

Well, welcome to the inevitable of playing the way the Eagles play.

You had an all-world o-line and running game last year along with a peaking defense.

All that covered for the huge limitations of Hurts...now, with a o-line taking a step back you see what you have at QB.

A guy who rode the coattails of Barkley to a Super Bowl and CANNOT elevate the team around him.

Except Barkley SUCKED in the Super Bowl and Hurts was the MVP and won it for them. You sir, are flat out WRONG. 🤣😂🤣

I would bring in Reich now as a consultant since he is now available with Stanford having hired their new HC. And as soon as the season ends, I’d fire Patullo and move Reich to OC.

Yessss howie get it done!!

It’s time for Nick to come up with one of his drastic moves. The one year he did the flower thing and that somehow galvanized the team. Then he shaved his head and that pushed them towards the SB victory. I don’t know what he needs to do this time, but it’s time for him to do that motivating stuff he’s good at.

To be honest (for now and this year) I’m kind of done with Sirianni. I’m not saying fire him as HC but I’m so fed up of what he says in pressers and the lack of any response from this team. Every presser he sits there and says "the mistakes are on me”, "I need to do a better job” blah blah blah. He’s not fixed the problems and the problems are not getting any better. He’s not making changes at OC or play caller (though that’s because it’ll probably expose him more) and he’s not improving this team. So what is he doing?

It’s on Nick to do something to get his team out of this spiral, but I’m not letting the players off the hook here either. Frankly the players haven’t stepped up and played to their potential either. The penalties have been ridiculous, and the offensive line has been mediocre. The quarterback has been up and down. AJ Brown has been sporadic. Barkley has been frustrating to watch. The TEs can’t block. On top of this the offense right now just looks basic. Yeah Sirianni needs to do more for sure, but the players aren’t doing their jobs and the leaders aren’t stepping up.

Oh I don’t disagree with you bud! Sirianni can’t go out there and execute for the players. They need to take a fair share of the blame for sure… But I just mean I’m fed up of Sirianni saying it’s on him and then it not changing. I get that he takes the blame for the players and that’s his thing with the press but that isn’t making a difference. Might be time for the tough love and to call these players out.

It’s really difficult to make drastic changes during the season, but I don’t see what changes he can make with this offense right now. Doesn’t matter if it’s KP or Sirianni, I think the play calling would stay the same this year. I just hope they choose an OC next season that doesn’t have any aspirations of becoming a HC and build this offense up. One has to wonder why this team has such basic concepts on offense. Both Sirianni and Jalen are coaches kids. They both should understand in the NFL you have to adjust and adapt or lose.

Then you would of hated andy Reid because that was 12 yrs of " I need to do a better job" . All coaches do this, there is a name for it it's called coach speak.

We lived through what, 12 years of Reid saying "we're fine there" ? Reid never changed a thing and he never won anything here. I'll stick with Nick who's been to 2 SB's and won one. Do you want another Chip Kelly situation?

LOL I just said the same thing

Chris Long shares the same opinion as me and many others here where he’d like to see more creativity, etc.

More Tank. More TE involvement. Some end arounds/jet sweeps. More middle of the field passes. More (any?) two RB sets with Tank and Saquon. I don't know, confuse the Defense now and then? That may work. 😎🦅

Will not happen now and not even sure Sirianni will want it either way

Gannon allowing good QBs to have 130+ ratings every week is the same problem as the Patullo problem.

Siri is too useless and stupid to help them.

He is too loyal to replace them or properly support them with a real coach who would undermine them based on their clear and obvious incompetence.

Siri is a terrible CEO coach. The team wins on talent and the good coaches that they do have.

I have read a few time that Hurts asked for less runs due to prior injures. Also that the offense in vanilla because Hurts doesn't like a lot of motion and stuff across the middle and that is hamstringing Patullo greatly. Anyone else buy this or see this them selves?

rumors are rumors

I have not heard Hurts say any such thing or the coaches either.

I do know that the offense is built around Jalen Hurts and I'm sure they are doing the things he likes or is comfortable doing. I also know that the execution this year has been very erratic and that has been killing drives most of the time.

I believe this to be true about Hurts. Allegedly Kellen Moore even had to dumb down the offense last year to suit Jalen's preferences.

Jalen said the offense looks the way it does because thats what Jalen hurts wants... So he said it without saying it

The Lions offense was built around Stafford for 12 years.

I guess he sucks way more than Hurts since we are playing teams are built around the QB now.

The 2022 first half Eagles offense was built to be 1st in yards and 1st in points with Hurts as league MVP.

Siri, the complete moron, shut them off in the second half of games.

You don't get to say the offense does not work with Hurts when it dominated in 2022 and it dominates in Super Bowls.

The 2022 offense was still 3rd in points and 3rd in yards with the Siri anchor, instead of all-time level great like it should have been.

With all the problems in 2023 the offense around Hurts was still 7th in points and 8th in yards.

The offense in 2024 was also 7 and 8.

The Patullo problem is just about 2025 even if people are too stupid to comprehend this.

A moron with a bad opinion that they borrowed from the media does not change reality.

Stafford's offense built around Stafford was 20 in points and 15 in yards last year, 8 and 7 in 2023, and 27 and 32 in 2022.

The problem again is that 40% of you are completely clueless.

Stafford was hurt in 2022 but the team averaged 16.4 points per game when he did play.

That average would be 32nd in points over the full 2022.

In 2022 Stafford had 10 total TDs with 11 turnovers when he faced adversity.

I'll take Hurts, thank you very much.

The 2022 offense and Jalen Hurts were figured out, 2023 was the same offense and it fell flat on its face.

Homie has the LOS stacked every game this year with two top tier WRs and TE and can't even move the ball through the air. He's scared of the middle so its all hitches and go routes on the outside. Then on top of that hes a 1 read QB. Then on top of that he doesn't want to run anymore so hes even more useless.

Oh and nevermind the fact Hurts has been one of the worst QB's over the last month and a half. His stats are abysmal.

Well let me say I'm not anti-Hurts. I'm not anti-anyone. I've always been a blind loyalist to the team, and even at 53 years old, I hate to see players come and go. I will always support anyone wearing Eagles green and continue to be a blind supporter. Good, bad, or ugly. I've NEVER jumped on a "______ needs to go" train.

Except for the typo. Going to need to hire a new editor.

The play design on that TD play the Bears just used to tie the game against GB … we have NONE of that creativity.
