He has no arm talent.

His arm is limited I know and his progression with the throw has always been slow but this looks awfully awfully slow. I can eat a sandwich, take a dump, wipe my ass and look at the TV screen and his arm would still be going through the motion for the throw....

Wonder if he is injured, either way this season is over..

Don’t know if you’re just Fin around but you know this ain’t true…

You were going to need the two at some point. Really makes no difference whether you do it there or later.

Except you have no hope of winning if you don't get it, which we didn't. I know an extra point was missed but it's still a much higher percentage of making than going for 2. I guess if you want to kill all hope of winning go for two there.

AJ has been saying that this offense isnt sustainable. Turns out he’s right.

The coaching is bad but the oline has been trash.

I’m still not convinced this is a Hurts problem. The biggest change from last year’s powerhouse is at OC. I’m blaming KP until he’s gone and we continue to have these issues. The routes that KP is calling are terrible.

Hats off to the Bears. Another game in which the Eagles get outclassed, out coached and out played, especially physically.

A team wins on the road with a good D and a good running game. Saw that today all game long.

This team and coaching staff has some Inward Looking to do, 🫣

A hard look at Stoutland needs to happen. Stoutland University is more like a community college now.

Look, prior to about 2 games ago, the starting offense was exactly the same as last year with the exception of the right guard. You can't convince me that that one player is the cause of all of this. It has to be the OC. The lack of creativity in play calling is shameful.

Next season. I would definitely take a look at this option.

Hurts is blah this season. He's driving these Corvettes of an Offense into a ditch on the side of a road.

I put everything on Sirianni and his coaching staff so Patullo too. The scheme stinks. The adaptability stinks. There is nothing about the scheme that features players and makes easy throws with yac possible. There were a few of those throws on the last drive that just made me wonder why it took so long in the game.

If the scheme is this way because Hurts needs static throws (hitch/curls etc) because he struggles with timing and throwing to open spots leading people then its on the coaches. You can't run an NFL offense with that limitation. Its either up or out. Coach Hurts to do it and MAKE him do it with play calls and reps. Let him make mistakes. Let him learn and grow doing whats needed. If he never figures it out then dont pay him $50mil a season. Move on.

I have seen enough of that in Hurts that I think he can do it they just don't do it OFTEN enough to let everyone get on the same page in games with reps. And they aren't willing to live with mistakes. Example, Purdy throwing a few picks over the middle in the last 49ers game.

Rip off the Fing bandaid with Hurts and force the yac throws and using the middle of the field etc etc. And if he refuses to make the reads that are there over and over because he is scared or doesn't trust his arm then the answer is clear and move on and stick in McKee. Enough of this ambiguity BS. And enough with this **** ass conservative offense.

Also, please burn the black Unis. Gross.

Rock a white helmet, green jersey, and white pants.

OR, a white helmet, white jersey, and green or gray pants.

Under Steichen and Moore he was better at reading his progressions. He's back to not doing it at all. He locks in on one guy and waits to throw it to him, then it's look at a covered stop route, run and throw it away or take a sack. Petullo and Loeffler don't challenge him at all. He's regressing under their non-tutelage and needs a wake up call. I say give the backup some 1st team reps in practice. That'd get Jalen's attention while those 2 coaches are packing their bags..

I agree, but not completely. He was better at going through his progressions early on, but as hes grown with a new OC every season, hes almost down to one read. A good example is how if you are the Eagles 3rd or 4th WR, you rarely see the ball. A few years ago, he was getting Quez the ball at times. Overall there was fair distribution; not great, but fair. Now its a miracle if he gets the ball to an alternative receiver. So its true, he has regressed, but he was never really a pure passing QB. He was always gonna be limited. However, he does have skills and he needs a good supporting cast to truly be effective (which he has), but hes become too reliant on his top two guys and now he and the coaching staff have seemed to settle on that, because that was always his limitation anyway. He cant really read defenses, and he cant run through all of his progressions. He was OK early on, but again, he was never gonna be a pocket passer. And a lot of its on him, because he wants to play the game he wants to play. Cant fault him for that, though. He won us a SB.

it would help if he wasn't quitting on plays all year, and this is coming from someone who feels like we're better off with him than without him

Fans like to trash Hurts, but they also don't consider that he's had a new OC pretty much every season he's played. We've seen tons of QB's struggle and not have any success whatsoever in situations like these, yet Jalen's been successful each time. Is that excusing when he misses a wide open Dallas for a TD? No. But I give him grace and realize he's not the main issue for why this offense sucks. Yesterday he definitely had his worst game of the season (imo), but our run game is still nonexistent, and what happened to this godly defense? Honestly, the bears didn't even need to have Caleb throw a single pass and they still would've won, lol.

We were fortunate it was only 10-3 at the half, cos it should've been a blowout already. That team looked like last years Eagles squad. All that said. IF this team doesn't make drastic changes on offense now, I don't see them having any success in the postseason, and we'll have yet again another new OC for Hurts and this offense to get used to next year.

Did a reporter ask Siri about his STUPID decision to go for 2 instead of kicking the XP?

Disgraceful effort, execution, and Coaching. AWFUL!!!

outrageous idea, and completely impossible but....

why not make an offer to Tom Brady to be OC? no one knows the position better, no one was better at in game adjustments, calling audibles based on defenses...it's becoming more and more obvious that he was the engine behind the Patriots dynasty, not Bill B. No player studied more film than him, as confirmed by his Pats/Bucs team mates...

He has done everything else, played, commentator, married to super model, why not offer him a spin? (I know won't happen, but) you never know.

Not so outrageous, considering what we're stuck with. I think he'd rather coach somewhere with nicer weather, hotter chicks and more docile fans.

Brady is waiting for a job to open up in.......Miami.
