Limited sample size but he’s run really well and been more effective than Barkley.

Barkley’s workload was ridiculous last year and he’s struggling. The line/playcalling isn’t helping. But we need to stop pretending Barkley will suddenly revert to 2024 Saquon this year. Hopefully he will be back next year. I like using him more as a receiver this year with reduced carries.

Get Tank more touches.

Preaching to the choir, no one understands why Tanks role hasn’t increased, and why Shipley gets reps over Tank.

It seems this coaching staff tries to make doing easy things, hard and complicated.

Defenses aren't keying on Bigsby.

Jason Avant on WIP said Barkley runs like he has no confidence. He says its cardinal sin for the RB to not make the 1st guy miss as a RB. He's not making anyone miss. He also criticized Barkley for constantly running out of bounds when he only has a CB in front of him to go through.

I think thats spot on. Barkley is soft as F and it shows when he runs.

Team might have to draft or pickup a new feature RB in FA next season.

I think all 4 rb’s are decent and should get touches but they aren’t used. Go heavy and see if the offense can maul the other team for a change. Would love to see at 17 play 10 minute drive where about 3/4 the plays are runs.

It was criminal not to give the ball to Tank on that 3rd and 2 in the 4th against Dallas. It seems as every time he touches the ball he gets like 6 yards. I would have given him the ball on 4th down too, if they didn't make it on 3rd.

I don't know what this OC/Play Caller is seeing to not give Tank AT LEAST 6-8 carries a game. Grrrrrrr.......😆

Obviously a smaller sample size. But PFF has Tank ranked #1

ZERO touches today, coaching malpractice of the highest order

Patullo's office needs to be cleared out ASAP, access disabled and show the Fing door by end of business tomorrow

Howie essentially just gave a pick away for absolute no reason for a talented back the spaghetti headed coaches refuse to use

That's one of the problem of this offense too. Eagles only play their stars (Brown, Smith, Barkley, Goedert mostly) and that's all. They barely use all their depth. We see Dotson once in a while but that's all. Bigsby once in a while and that's all. Look what others team play against Eagles. They use everybody against us to try to surprise us. Eagles ? Nothing of that. That's why this offense is predictable. Lack of diversity.

Seems like a good reason to give him more touches.

Just brain dead coaching not to change things up at this point.

Just wondering, but if Stoutland is the run game coordinator is he the one who decides who plays or is that KP or Sirianni? Also, in this Bears game the run game was a little better. I wonder why they abandoned it so quickly. I mean by the 4th they had no choice, but it seemed like earlier they should’ve stuck with the run.

Tank Bigsby game logs this season so far.

Here's the thing, when Barkley was with the Giants and the Eagles would play the Giants, I never feared him because he's not the type of back to fear, what you're seeing from Barkley this year is the real Barkley, the no vision, stumbling bumbling, unable to stay on his feet Barkley......I told you guys he was fools gold. For Howie to extend him was totally foolish, you extend physical hardnosed runners that keep the chains moving and that ain't Barkley, so no, you'll see the NY Gaints Barkley for the remainder of his career.

Again, another mind-numbing coaching decision to not give Tank any touches against the Bears. It's clear to every-F'ing-one that he is running the ball with more juice. I'm not saying have him take over the backfield, but to not work him in is truly coaching malpractice.

Should be noted that in Bigsby's best game (vs giants) Barkley also had 14 carries for 150 yards (174 total yards).

Good thoughts. I wish I (and the Iggles Coaches) had the answers. I don't even know who the RB Coach is. 🙃

I remember when Duce was the RB Coach and would always rotate the RBs. We'd mostly complain about that, LOL. Now I'm complaining because only 1 RB gets 90% of the carries.

Yeah, no Tank was weird. Especially a game that was so windy. I would more prefer us running him on 3rd and 1 instead of the push. I am surprised we have only fumbled it twice.

Chicago ran the ball like 3 times as much as we did. Despite the weather and despite Jalen playing so poorly. There’s no excuse for that. But it’s almost like Sirianni is trying to prove a point? He was asked if Tank would get some more carries and he effectively shut it down by talking about Saquon. It’s like he wants to prove a point rather than doing what is right.

There were 13 carries by Barkley in the last game and 4 by Hurts. That is all.

Jahan Dotson is averaging 18.7 yards per reception (0 drops) and nobody is suggesting he take any of Brown's or Smith's share of the passes. But with Bigsby's small sample, the opposite is true. Do people really think Bigsby is going to worry defenses to the point where they gameplan specifically to stop him? I think the proof is in the pudding. His limited success in our offense is a direct result of teams not worrying about him "hurting" them with big plays when he's on the field.

Who is Tank Bigsby? I think he's a myth... like Bigfoot. No hard evidence can be found to support his existence.

He'll go down as another RB that wasn't used enough. You have 4 legit RB's on the team imo, yet all you see is the same runs to SB which result in him getting cracked 2 yards behind the LOS.

Also, this is just going to be an off year for SB. It isn't like this is his first time having a poor YPC and off year. It's like he forgets how to play RB for a season, then the following season remembers what made him great.

Barkley averaged 10.25 carries per game in our 4 losses and 19.6 carries per game in our 8 wins.

Here are his splits last season by quarter (and half). Notice how much more productive he was in the 2nd half last year because we kept feeding him the ball.
