What an incredibly stupid poll.

They are already , "A legendary coach and QB duo in Eagles franchise history". No other coach and QB in Eagles franchise history have been to multiple Super Bowls. Only one other coach and QB in franchise history have won a Super Bowl.

I picked Other because they are not the same and they are not tied together.

This is really easy if you pay attention. Hurts in the first half of games in 2022 was an MVP level stud QB putting up huge passing numbers. (I'll research the numbers later but you all know it)

Siri went ultra conservative and screwed up in the 2nd half of games. We screamed bloody murder right here on game day every time he did it.

Siri not only stuck with an awful DC in 2022. He stuck his finger in our faces and insulted us on TV. We hated Gannon and we were proven right.

That DC left KC WRs uncovered on the same play for 2 TDs in the Super Bowl.

The D-line generating 69 sacks and 2 all-pro corners carried the D on talent.

Gannon handed out 130+ passer rating days to every good QB who came along.

The Cardinals trusted Siri over what the Philly fans knew. Gannon is currently 15-31 and about 5 weeks from getting fired.

AJ and DeVonta had 1496 11 and 1196 and 7.

They should have had 1800 15 and 1450 10.

Hurts had 3701 passing yards in 15 games and he should have had 4400.

He ran for 760 and could have ran for 900.

He had 35 TDs and he could have had 40 easy. He did not even need DAK STATS, He just needed a coach who was not undermining his team for multiple quarters in 5 to 8 games.

Hurts put up 3144 and 784 in 15 games with rookie DeVonta, Raegor, and Quez as a first time starter. 26 TDs

He put up 3858 and 605 in 2023. 38 TDs

They went extreme Saquon in 2024 and he still put up 32 TDs in 14 games and 1/4 of the DC game.

Then he led the league in passing TDs and rushing TDs in the playoffs as they set the record for most points in the playoffs.

I think I heard Siri say "Just call it!" for the dagger... of course this was after Hurts told them during the week and again at halftime to call it.

Its not a Hurts problem. Its a "Siri does not have a clue" problem.

Steichen and Moore were very good OCs, It had little to do with Siri. (both were good before Siri)

Steichen is helping Daniel Jones to be a better QB just like he did for Hurts.

Johnson and Patullo are terrible OCs and Siri can do nothing to help them.

Siri was not fired after 2023 but the term I heard on PHLY for what happened to him is "castrated"

Moore and Fangio ran the team on the field last year since Siri could not do it.

Lane and other O-lineman telling the coaches to run more helped. I can't think of anything Siri actually did to help.

Go ahead and Rank these:

  • Dedicating to the run game with a great line and Saquon

  • Putting Cooper in the lineup at Nickel

  • Hurts cutting down drastically on turnovers

  • Siri shaving his head. (clown / mascot)

The good O-line has been drafting and Stoutland. It has nothing to do with Siri.

The only thing he does in 2025 is spout platitudes, protects Patullo, and yells on the sidelines.

If they decide to split them and move on from Hurts, he probably goes to multiple AFCCGs or further in Indy with Steichen or competes for them in Minnesota.

If they move on from Siri, then Nick probably does nothing of note anywhere else for the rest of his career. (like Kotite and Rhodes)

I could see the Giants, Browns, or Dolphins hiring him and he brings in Gannon and Patullo as coordinators.

Hurts has 27 TDs and 5 turnovers on an offense that is in full meltdown all year.

You can point to the excellence and competence. He had a perfect passer rating. He was amazing in the opener when he had to carry the offense.

He had a 140+ rating vs NY in Philly. He had a 117 rating on a massive 2nd half vs the Rams. (after Pryor tried to kill him earlier)

His Giants game in NY? League MVP leader Stafford just had a similar game. QBs are not great every week. Its the hardest job in sports.

When Hurts has been bad this year its the same way 15 different players on this offense have been bad.

Saquon has a bunch of drops and runs to the wrong holes at times. He shuffles instead of hitting the hole. His backup looks better. No one is screaming about Saquon.

He's 26 for 208 vs NY (8 yards per carry) and 172 for 532 in all the other games. (3.1 per carry)

He is 39th in yards per carry. He has been awful. If you factor in his compensation, he is one of the worst players in the NFL in 2025.

AJ quit on multiple plays. He lost the Denver game by himself. Watch the all-22. Hurts was kind of amazing. Penalties, cheating refs, and AJ quitting were not on him.

Cam Jurgens gets shoved back 4 yards at the snap way too often. He is not even a shell of himself. He is a shadow of himself.

Toth is an 8 year professional football center who can't snap shotgun properly.

Steen tips the snap on the road and was even doing it at home last game. This is insanity.

Dickerson has been bad outside of 3 or 4 games.

Mailata gets abused too often this year.

Lane is hurt like old Jason Peters this year.

Goedert forgot how to block and he's had drops.

Baun and Hunt dropped balls in their hands that could have completely changed the course of a couple games that were losses.

None of these players are also playing like a pro bowl player for 75-85% of their plays like Hurts. (maybe Baun is)

Calcaterra has missed about 10 blocks this year. The other 50+ missed blocks are not on him. They are 100% on Siri. He is an astoundingly stupid offense football guy.

There are 300 guys who could do a better job as blocking TE2 than Calcaterra. Siri can't seem to find any of them. He's got 10+ on his own team.

Several of the chunk plays this year were from DeVonta or Saquon or AJ and Hurts going around coaching or telling pathetic coaches how to do their jobs.

I can name Barry Switzer as a guy who won a SB without the first clue. Kotite and Rhodes were lesser versions of Switzer, winning 10+ games and in the playoffs without clue 1.

Now you go ahead and tell me of a QB with Hurts numbers and accomplishments that was really a fraud.

Is anyone seriously going to tell me that Hurts has 19 TDs to 2 picks and 27 TDs to 5 turnovers because his line and weapons have been great this year? Find the nearest mental health clinic.

I'm 95% sure Lurie and Howie are picking Siri over Hurts. (if they chose 1 or the other)

Give him 5 years of Mike McDaniel and a solid QB coach and the winning continues.

Even if by some miracle they do pick Siri over Hurts, they will also castrate him again by removing Patullo.

They were good men, real good men. A shame they had such short careers with the Eagles Organization. I wish them well in their next endeavors.

🙃😎

I'd say anyone who plays 2 great Super Bowls (including 1 win) with a really impressive record is already a legend in Eagles history. No need to wait.

Lol this triggered them so much lol

They are already legendary. Their resume and actual on field wins prove as much. All of the coaches and QBs who have had the numbers Jalen and Nick have had through 4 years are in the Hall of Fame. Jalen could be better as a QB. If anything, he really needs to work on quick reads and secondary passing level manipulation. Nick needs to learn to call plays and design his own offensive scheme as a coach. Can he get by without doing so? Clearly, he can. But, to get better and defeat the current stifles of the offense he needs to do this.

So far, it's that they were parts of a great team that did a lot of winning. It's that they went on a SB run and absolutely smoked Patrick Mahomes and the KC Chiefs to win it all. I don't know when they'll be done but it's likely that there's still a long way to go before we answer this question completely.
