I'm all for establishing the run game, but at what point are you just making it harder to pass by constantly being in 2nd and 8, 2nd and 9? I'd like to think we can pass to set up the run. That's what most teams do...

They had 5 players running routes on that play. That ball needs to come out. This is ridiculous.

Line is blocking, Hurts taking forever to make reads.

Defense won't have the excuse of a short week. I need to see some effort early on. I'm sure they'll wear down later as the 3 and outs compile up.

He has to go through his reads. I’m assuming that wasn’t his first for second read given where he was looking.

Continued runs up the middle is just giving up free downs. Why not try something different because they don’t work 99% of the time and usually lead to 3rd and long. Our O line (I’m looking at you Steen) can’t run block worth a damn.
