I’d rather him stick around for those 2-3 years than the coach who continues to fail at the same things, and cannot right the ship once there’s a tiny inconvenience.

I truly believe this team would win more games if Hurts ran hurry up the entire time and called his own plays. You can see it on his face, and everyone’s face on offense that they’re all out of whack, disinterested, and not playing cohesive or complimentary roles on offense. It’s like every person has 1 job, and none of them know what anyone else is doing.

I mean look give me a choice between Sirianni or Hurts? Yeah I’d probably pick Hurts. Just. At this point I’d like to see Hurts with a different HC who is a good offensive mind and play caller. But like I can also say I’d be interested to see Sirianni with another QB. What edges it for Hurts is that Sirianni isn’t a good offensive HC and doesn’t call plays so every year or tell there’s a change to OC which leads to Inconsistency.

People on here blaming AJ…you Fin tards…3 of his drops were because of Pass Interference, the defender was literally grabbing his arm before the ball got there…you fin jokers man…hurts is the issue…he can’t understand or refuses to understand the offense…an offense that’s already **** because of patullo…

Hurts has gotta take the bench, at least for the next two games and patullo needs to be fired

Go F your self …the drop in the Endzone literally lost them the game.

That was a bad drop on a great throw.

So they will gone out next week, squash the Raiders, everything will be "fine” only got them to lay a dud vs Washington.

I don’t have confidence they can beat Duke or JMU, much less an actual NFL Team

We've seen this act before. They'll pull it together just enough to win the division. Then they'll lose early in the playoffs. Then the media department will act as though we should be happy about it and try to sell us Playoff Merch.

Will they? I mean 2023 they squeaked in to the playoffs but if they don’t win the division then I’m not sure they are doing that this year.

So since ajs outburst we’re throwing more, turning it over more, and losing more, but at least he’s getting his 100 yards per game.

If you’re asking for the ball and calling people out publicly you look like an idiot when you drop it

Yeah, watched the game this morning, the defense deserved a lot better than that, they were phenomenal.

The offense was the polar opposite, Patullo refuses to stick with what's working, constantly goes back to what has been failing all season like a dog sniffing at his own turd and some of his situational calls like a screen on 3rd and 11 late in the game are absurd, even when the plays were right the execution was sloppy, Hurts was beyond horrible, the pick where he somehow didn't see a guy stood right where he threw it was mindboggling, AJ Brown continues to dog it on throws he doesn't think are good enough, you could argue he should've got pass interference on one of them but he put down or gave up on others. Saquon and Goedert had a decent game.

So yeah overall, another winnable game pissed away by an offense that can't get out of its own way.

To me what showed this coaching staff and QB are idiots is the series where they took the 19-16 lead with just over 2 minutes left. All that was needed was a first down, then drain the clock and kick FG to win. What a stupid call but Hurts has the ability to change the play, you have to have some sense as a QB and say nope not doing that, just get the first down. It is talented but dumb team

Well... where to begin with that... Just finished watching the game. Some thoughts.

That was Jalen Hurts' worst game as an Eagle. Bad throws, bad decisions. Turning the ball over twice on the same play is something.

The defense played really, really well and deserved better than that. Jordan Davis in particular was superb and Coop had a good game.

AJ Brown may have had numbers but his drops hurt the team a lot (I know some people will complain about DPI or whatever). I think what we have seen the last couple of weeks is the result of trying to force the offense through him, actually. There's no balance, the run game is being ignored to the point where it's more or less off the board. Smitty isn't getting involved. I'm getting to the point where I think we may need to move on from him.

Playcalling on offense is still dreadful. We'll have another OC next year, but KP won't be fired at this stage of the season.

Philly G made some good plays on 3rd downs, as usual

Jake missed a key FG but it's a sign of how good he is that we've just been assuming he will hit from anywhere

A shoutout to Justin Herbert. I don't think he played well, but he is a Fing warrior and he deserves credit for that.

A frustrating loss, again, but on the road to another team that was in the playoffs last season and will get in again. It's tough to win in the NFL. The sky isn't falling in. I'm not on the fire everyone bandwagon. Lose to the Raiders, though, and I might be asking some of you to make a little room for me on there.

Something else occurs to me. Until the coaching staff caved into AJ and started forcing everything through him, we hardly ever turned the ball over. Since then, we're turning it over a ton. Correlation doesn't always equate to causation, but it could be a part of it

according to the Elias Sports Bureau, Hurts is the first player in the NFL to commit two turnovers on the same play. Elias’s data on this particular statistic goes back to 1978.

That's a crazy stat

The one sequence that epitomizes this team this year:

4th Q - The fake tush push Barkley 52 yard TD. It completely energized the team. Barkley and KP did the big jump chest bump. Eagles took the lead. The whole sideline is energized and the fans in the stadium going nuts.

Defense comes out and forces a punt. Good complimentary football right there. Good vibes all around.

Offense gets the ball back and hits a quick 19 yard pass to put us at 1st and 10 at our 46 yard line. Then, on a play that was there to be made, a high but catchable pass clanks off Brown's hands for a completely buzz killing INT.

That's been our MO all season. When things seem to be going right, they ultimately go wrong. A penalty, bad throw, dropped pass, bumbled play calling or a turnover that kills any little bit of momentum we get always seem to ultimately happen.

He gets paid MILLIONS of dollars to catch anything that hits his hands. MILLIONS. He dropped the game winner. No excuses. That ball hit him perfectly in the hands. He didn't do his job. More than once in that game and he cost the Eagles the game.

I was surprised by how little I cared about the outcome of last night's game. I honestly had zero hope of them even converting a first down in OT, so I was shocked that they managed to get into scoring position to at least tie things up. The interception just made me laugh and I immediately turned the tv off.

Hurts had his worst game that I've ever seen him play. Patullo still calls inside runs for Barkley and it's predictable when they come. Why on earth he doesn't stick to what works for him is beyond me. They had the opportunity to ice the game at the end of regulation, but couldn't manage to get first downs running because of the idiotic run calls. I won't even go in depth about the embarrassment that OT was. I put that final INT on the playcalling and Hurts. He's got to be smarter than that instead of forcing yet another bad pass (which he did all game). The defense deserved to get that win, as they did everything to keep us in it.

What sucks is that this team will likely get into the playoffs due to their schedule. I see them losing to Buffalo, but beating a beaten up WSH team twice, and getting past the lowly Raiders. It won't matter though if this offense continues to stink it up, as they'll be one and done. Someone else said it here, but they'd be better off running hurry up all game and letting Hurts call the offense.

The team is highly talented everywhere. The COACHES- especially the head coach and OC, are complete idiots. THEY are hurting this team and org. No excuse to be this bad with that kind of talent. That is when you fire people. Patullo MUST go. Siri MUST go. Get a head coach with experience, and an OC with experience. See- the key word is EXPERIENCE.

Siri is fine. I mean, he's had like 4 different OC's and been to the playoffs each time.  We've seen him with 2 bad OC's now and 1 horrendous DC, yet he's still managed to have a postseason appearance every year and has a SB win.  I agree that KP must go, but that's just going to put this team in the same position of having a new OC yet again, and we may have the same headache next year.

They have to go outside the building and hire someone with experience IMO. I say that, having thought in the summer that Patullo was going to work out fine this season.

I honestly had no idea how KP would do. I hoped for the best, but I was never excited about the hire. I agree, they need to hire from outside and they need to make sure that whoever they bring in wants to be here for at least 3-4 seasons. You can't keep hiring people that want to use the job as a catapult to become a HC after one successful year. That's probably why they went with KP, but they misjudged him being a good fit

When you have been half assing it all game (and all season for that matter), you don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt. He was absolutely held in the endzone. But his lacking effort all game was why we needed that TD in the first place.

As the SB champ your hiring is hamstrung. By the time you are recruiting the best coaches are already gone. It's a success tax

At this point a successful season for me is keeping the Cowboys out of the playoffs

Is it true that we’re leading the league in 3 and outs?
