NFCCG might be in LA, which will be another home game for us. If Adams doesn't heal up for their divisional round, they might be 1 and done

Do you realize how much talent Rams have? Old man Davante isn't needed that badly. Losing Stafford would hurt more.

A 2 seed would mean a home game in the divisional round, and could mean one in the conference championship game (if, e.g., an NFC wild card team like the 49ers beats the NFC West champ 1 seed in the divisional round). So if your goal is to repeat as Super Bowl champions, the 2 seed is well worth playing for. You need to be smart about it obviously and not unnecessarily risk injuries, but you donโ€™t want to lose in week 18 against the Commies because you rested everyone only to realize you would have gotten the 2 seed instead of the 3 if you had won.

Commies shutting down their QB and as such are focusing on a pick. They are looking more towards the future. I mean this defense against Mariota for two games seems like guaranteed victories.

Do you mean the 1 incomplete pass which was not a good throw with a drop?

Did you mean that magic fairies push back on the passes if it goes from 37 degrees to 28 degrees? But 70 to 37 has no effect?

Pittsburgh Steelers at Philadelphia Eagles - December 15t...

37 degrees

NFC Championship - Washington Commanders at Philadelphia...

40 degrees

Philadelphia Eagles at New York Giants - December 11th, 2...

37 degrees

No. I mean in nice weather he's an extremely accurate passer for the most part, but he doesn't have a rocket for an arm and when it's cold or windy or both, his passes tend to be a tad off compared to where they normally are for him. I realize you spend a ton of time doing PR for Jalen Hurts here, but if you're trying to pick a fight with the person that probably defends more Eagles players here than anybody else just because of an observation I made based on some recent games, I think you're getting a little too defensive.

Yeah, try watching every QB who has ever played in the cold and the wind.

Hurts was better than every QB he faced in weather this year. This includes the Green Bay dude.

Caleb Williams won the game because his team ran for 281, not because his #1 overall arm was superior in the cold and wind.

Brady was freaking awesome in weather and maybe a few other dudes in NFL history.

Allen and Mahomes might be elite cold weather passers in the current NFL. That's about the end of the list.

Has Stafford played 10 cold weather games in 17 years? I know his pathetic ass could not throw a 4th down pass to the field of play last year.

No point though, its only about nitpicking Hurts for some of you.

Its not too defensive. You spout stupid garbage insults at Hurts that are not real or apply to everyone else equally if not more so.

I just point out the foolishness.

You could stop insulting the greatest QB in Eagles history for like a week, maybe?

One more. Go get it!

Pure ignorance. Use the site's search feature and see what I've posted about Hurts. Unlike you, I know he's human and not perfect. I know there are better passers currently in the NFL than Jalen Hurts. My personal preference is to have a dual threat QB and we have that in Jalen. I feel like he's most efficient when he only has to throw no more than 20-25 times per game and as a runner I don't want to see him sliding unless he's moved the sticks. I believe he's extremely durable and this belief that the Eagles have to protect him from his running ability is stupid. I don't believe a guy has to be the best "passer" to be the best QB as there is more than 1 way to play QB. Finally, I don't have to spend every waking minute of my life posting good things about Jalen Hurts in an effort to sway the people that never liked him and never will. They aren't going to change no many how many times you post in the "Jalen Hurts got paid..." thread.

I've been posting about Jalen Hurts well before August 2022. If you haven't read what I posted, that's on you.

Chances are looking pretty good since theyโ€™re shutting down Daniels. I donโ€™t see Mariota doing much against this defense.

Already confirmed heโ€™s done.

And I expect a win.

I'm am really happy that this isn't a repeat of 2023. The Raider win ended that. The 2023 team would LOSE that game.

The 2025 Eagles not only won the game, but did it the way they were supposed to... a complete beat down of the Raiders.
THAT ended the 2023- 2025 comparison once and for all for me. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Do you realize who leads the league in TDs (by 3)? It's a huge loss for them if he isn't ready to go.

If the Cowboys lose tonight will the Eagles win the division or will they still need another win?

Over the next 3 weekend games, Birds need a win or a Cowboys loss to clinch the Division and make the playoffs.

It's about a 96% probability according to my crude calculations.

I am pretty certain this division is over by Saturday.
