Did this less than a paragraph unhinged rant really need its own thread?

It will take more than a win against the Raiders to show me it's not 2023 all over again.

Well, I agree THAT is what's happening. And we are all angry about it. But you gotta have hope that it's NOT going to happen, and ya gotta root for your team to pull through it. Thats what a true fan does. I know it sucks and Siri is an idiot, and so is Patullo. But we gotta hve hope- until this season is over.

This team just feels aimless, no fire, no mission. I know Hurts is supposed to be a great leader, but I haven't seen that this year.

Something has to light a fire under them...I dunno what it will take. It just seems like they don't care much about winning it all this year.

I mean they already beat the Chiefs, I think that's what drove them last year, it was revenge. With that accomplished it doesn't seem like they have that urgency anymore.

Does this team still have something to prove?

Has Landon Dickerson or Cam Jurgens been completely healthy at any point this season? We now have Lane on his every season miss multiple games schtick, Tyler Steen has not been even close to what Benton provided last season, and let’s be honest about Mialata too. He’s not close to the same player he was last year either, but really that might be due to the fact the two guys next to him can’t stay in the lineup and aren’t healthy. Here is a truth about this team. The Eagles are a run first team that has had only two 100 yard rushing games this year and both came in the same game.

OP do you care if the game was a blowout?

It was the raiders but still they did what they should have and whooped their ass.

They did what you’re supposed to do against a bad team. I’m not going to minimize it though, because they have been struggling with three and outs all season. It was for the first time in a long time a full team victory. I was even impressed by the coaches. They actually made great calls.

I always enjoy a shut out, especially since it's so rare we get them.

It was the Raiders but the performance was still very good at all levels. Exactly what we needed.

I don’t care who it was, because they have been struggling for well over a month. Hopefully Jalen and Barkley aren’t too hurt and they can build up some consistency. Frankly the NFL made this schedule for the Eagles ridiculous all season and they were hoping the Commanders would have been better to try and stop them at the end. I will take this win and be more than happy about it.

Awesome win. I didn't expect THAT performance from this team.

They need to do this for more than 1 game to show it wasn't a fluke.

We need one more game obviously, but remember seasons go up and down. Last season that team struggled early, struggled against the Browns, and the Panthers. They won the Super Bowl. Every win matters.
