No, I wanted to wait until the season was about to start, otherwise there would have been all of the summer months with the upgraded package when it wasn't really needed and that extra money would have been spent on resources that wouldn't have been used. I was merely pointing out how weak that comment was because in the action that we did have (the live scrimmage) one of his INTs resulted in Reagor tearing his labrum attempting to tackle the intercepting player.
