Malik Willis (QB, Packers) - potential free agent

Wilis will be a FA after this year.

From what I've seen from I've seen he's a budding star with a strong accurate arm and outstanding mobility, that coupled with being a student of the game.

Unfortunately, Hurts isn't cutting it and he needs to be replaced, Willis is the answer to the Eagles QB woes.

I actually think Willis could still be a good NFL QB and at the very least a good back up. And with his ability to run he could be a logical back up here if we are to trade McKee. But it would be as a back up and not to replace Jalen as OP suggests.

Can’t do it. He thinks the planet is a globe.

As a backup maybe but I think someone might atleast give him a chance to compete for a starting spot.

Willis is going to get paid. Someone who needs a QB and doesn’t have a top pick will sign him. Maybe Miami, Indy, Pittsburgh (if Rodgers retires).

I can see this happening - what do you think about maybe even Arizona depending on what happens with Murray ?

Yeah, I can see that but I don’t know the cap ramifications.

It's not a good QB draft year but it wasn't the year Willis came out either and I still don't see Willis starting anywhere. He's basically Tanner McKee'd the last two years, looking good in spot duty, I don't think that's enough to get someone paid any more.

I think he's gonna go somewhere where he has a legitimate chance to start. There are many teams that can offer that, including Pitt, Miami, Arizona, Atlanta? If I was him, I would actually call the Rams and see what their plans are once Stafford retires....I could be convinced to take less money to go there too.

I can't see Philly being attractive to him. Any QB that comes here knows who is the starter.
