Our qb still has major limitations. Execution isnt on coaching.

Obvious play calling is and leads to poor execution. Run run 30 yard pass attempt on 3rd and 8-10.

Side note. The offense has 130M invested.

Defense 50M. I think those were the numbers i read.

The defense is way more valuable based on performance. Id rather move on from big $ players on offense to keep key defenders. Hurts & Barkley come to mind.

This is a really interesting question if you are Howie. Why invest money in offense if you are going to keep around a coaching staff that won't use it properly anyways. If you keep Sirianni and Patullo invest the $ into Fangio who knows how to use it. Let the offense churn and build around more run game since thats what you do anyways. Don't need 70m a year in offensive skill players you don't use properly. Fix the line, go cheaper at RB. TEs arent that hard to get that can block and catch OK, dont have to be amazing in pass game. Get an Hback so you can flex and play alot more under center and run Hurts more on boots and designed power runs like he has done in the past. keep a good backup QB like McKee just in case.

Yeah, get rid of the receivers and trade Jalen Hurts too.

And, Go Niners. Beat Da Bears.

It should NOT HAVE COME DOWN TO THAT!! I hate this coaching staff with a damn passion....

Nick and Kp that is. The defensive staff gets a pass .

Be great to see him come in and hand the ball off 3 times in a row for no gain.

As long as the offensive coordinator stays the same it doesn't matter who plays quarterback garbage!!

I can't tell who is at fault.

Just line up Sirianni, Patullo, and Hurts.

Kick them all in the nuts.

They are god awful.

Can’t possibly beat that stubborn. Youd have to think they just wanted to try a few things out in the first half and then just work on run blocking in the second half? In game practice?

Stop with the nonsense…I don’t know why you people act like you can’t clearly see it’s Nick and Kp

Yes, that's what I meant....

I am not convinced Hurts is the issue. Does he miss plays? Sure. So does every other top QB in the NFL. See Allen at the end of the game for example. The Eagles offensive issues is a coaching problem. Bad adjustments, bad sequencing, bad play designs. Patterns the same way in week 16 says it all. We know the plays are there in the offense as we have seen them sporadically show up and then disappear like a ghost with zero self awareness or explanation. Its a joke.

Was there a single boot call with Hurts under center out to Goedart with a late leak into the flat? crap was there a single slant to AJ the entire game? Here is first half will have to wait for second half data: https://nextgenstats.nfl.com/charts/single/all/team/2025/week/a.j.-brown/BRO413223. Literally nothing in breaking.

Is Lane done for the season now?

Sirianni after the game? That guy is embarrassing

He is. Hopefully hes ready for the playoffs.

I'm not a guy who normally complains about the zebras, but Buffalo got a ton of calls in that game. Just off the top of my head, both PIs against Q, the non-call on the obvious pick on the last drive, the clear missed PI against AJ in the endzone, the non-call on PI on the last drive (that one was borderline but you have to call if if you're gonna call the ones against us). I'm probably missing some.

Overturning Smith’s catch but ruling whoever caught the bomb from Allen a catch when it clearly hit the ground over his shoulder pad. Don’t get why we didn’t challenge.

Consistently losing two and three yards on first down is what this offense does best. It’s as if the opponent knows where the ball is going each time. Frustrating as hell.

https://nextgenstats.nfl.com/charts/single/type/team/season/17/saquon-barkley/BAR192674 - lets take run game for a minute as example. Look at Barkley's carry patterns. Look at the MASSIVE bias to right side of the offense. The side with Steen and Fred Johnson. Yes makes total sense to me. /s F at least make it more even.

And if the Bills D is forcing it that way with their personnel and formations don't then check to running behind your two worst run blockers that give up so much penetration. Counter with something you are actually good at.

Eagles have to pass on first downs in the 2nd Half. The game isn't over with 20 minutes left.

Hurts would kill the cap and the line is doing Barkley no favors.. I'd replace players like Jurgens and Steen first. They also need an upgrade at tight end badly.

I'll admit, Buffalo's Defense play the best game of the season against us. They looked great out there. But the blame for 2nd half goes to Nick and KP. They didn't make good adjustment. It felt like they believed the 13 points was enough with the way the Defense was playing. In the end they were right but I didn't like the strategy.

Wonder what offense shows up for the playoffs, or if ANY offense shows up......

Offense will show up and disappear in the second half.. 🙃

Something is just flat out wrong / different with the run game this year. Even last year I can remember all the calls with Jurgens pulling the way Kelce used and so much more pulling and backside whams etc. I almost never see those calls anymore when they used to be staples and almost no highlights of them compared to what it used to be. I think injuries are a big part of the issue this year. I don't think Dickerson and Jurgens have been able to move like that. And I think Steen is generally a poor run blocker overall but definitely can't get movement at POA the way that Becton did. And their WR core can't block for crap mostly. Losing Wilson hurt alot I think.

Dickerson, Jurgens, and Steen are awful. They get no push at all. The fact that Jurgens made the Pro Bowl is shocking to me.

Had not one but two shoulders surgeries and literally saved the game with a big sack and block EP. Salute JC.

Goedert has become a liability in the run game this season...I.noticed him several times just tonight failing to display and real effort while blocking. We already have one Calcaterra, we don't need multiple.
