I can't tell who is at fault.

Just line up Sirianni, Patullo, and Hurts.

Kick them all in the nuts.

They are god awful.

The **** thing is they all say the same thing…they have no clue what’s wrong with offense…stupid don’t know they’re stupid

Something is just flat out wrong / different with the run game this year. Even last year I can remember all the calls with Jurgens pulling the way Kelce used and so much more pulling and backside whams etc. I almost never see those calls anymore when they used to be staples and almost no highlights of them compared to what it used to be. I think injuries are a big part of the issue this year. I don't think Dickerson and Jurgens have been able to move like that. And I think Steen is generally a poor run blocker overall but definitely can't get movement at POA the way that Becton did. And their WR core can't block for crap mostly. Losing Wilson hurt alot I think.

Another issue to note is why in the hell are we snapping the ball as the play clock hits zero every f'n play? Do they not understand it makes it incredibly easier for the defensive front to get a jump when it's every time?

Nah, he’s going to hand it off once they go up two scores…textbook Sirianni…take your foot off the gas mate, that’s what he does. Delusional

We’ll see next week. And then we’ll know.

https://nextgenstats.nfl.com/charts/single/type/team/season/17/saquon-barkley/BAR192674 - lets take run game for a minute as example. Look at Barkley's carry patterns. Look at the MASSIVE bias to right side of the offense. The side with Steen and Fred Johnson. Yes makes total sense to me. /s F at least make it more even.

And if the Bills D is forcing it that way with their personnel and formations don't then check to running behind your two worst run blockers that give up so much penetration. Counter with something you are actually good at.

Thats a good chart. Cam, Steen, a hobbled Dickerson, and not having Lane made a poor run defense look fantastic. But Cam and Steen are truly the weakest links with the run game. We need to address the C and RG positions next season along with Lane’s replacement at RT.

I think its more of a Jalen issue with late reads/audibles and then some confusion ensues.

Yeah that's a f'n problem...all of this talent on offense and we look completely inept and confused every game. If we can't run consistently, we're cooked.

Goedert has become a liability in the run game this season...I.noticed him several times just tonight failing to display and real effort while blocking. We already have one Calcaterra, we don't need multiple.

Saw that too on an outside run. He just side bumped a defender and bounced off. Weak effort there.

Damn i didnt notice. Anyway i doubt hes back.

Yeah that was the one where I was like "ok good riddance in the off-season." Failing is one thing, but piss poor effort I can't accept as a fan.

16 games into the season if thats the issue its a coaching problem. Get the plays in earlier which is a huge issue forcing snaps with 0-1 seconds left allowing D to jump easily. If Jalen is audibling poorly then fix it or make a change. IDGAF. Vic Fangio doesn't play people who keep making the same systemic mistakes. He sits them and doesn't give a F. See Bryce Huff for example. Its a meritocracy on defense and should be on offense too otherwise there is no respect. I seriously doubt the core issue is Hurts. There are far too many flashes of good plays here and there and elite execution by Hurts. The big pattern all year is lack of adjustments and poor call timing and sequencing. This is 100% coaching problem. All of it. They revert to this super vanilla predictable crap the D can see coming a mile a way and it puts them behind the sticks and then its compounded by follow-up predictability as a result == 3 and out.

Edit: this was supposed to be a quote to an earlier comment about Hurt's audibles and adjustments being core issue and too lazy to fix it. :)

THAT is my issue as well...I never understood that stupid ish...that's one of the reasons they are in the backfield as soon as Saquon gets the frickin ball...everything about this offense is cringe and frustrating as hell....

Lol. You think that's the problem? Not the guard hitting the C to snap the ball?

Your "reasoning” is idiotic…nothings on the line…I wouldn’t be surprised if they even tried 3/4 trick plays…just cause ef it.

It's not Steen, I watched Dickerson get blown by regularly all second half, Jurgens would've been out blocked by a Tackle dummy, another issue is that Goedert has become a horrible blocker, there were multiple plays last night where he didn't even slow his guy down as Barkley ran behind him, but the biggest issue is that everybody knows we go conservative as soon as we get two scores up and we always snap it late in the playclock so they stack the box and tee off.

God bless the defense, but unless Sirianni and Patullo get their head out of their ass and keep their foot on the gas at least until we get properly over the hill and gone, we're going to keep having squeakers, and sometimes we'll hold out in the dying seconds like here and the Rams and other times we'll lose narrowly like Denver and the second Dallarse game.

We didn't win the NFC Championship and Superbowl last year by getting 14 points up and sitting back for the rest of the game, we kept the pedal to the metal and squeezed the life out of our opponent.

Hurts would kill the cap and the line is doing Barkley no favors.. I'd replace players like Jurgens and Steen first. They also need an upgrade at tight end badly.

After a serious back injury last season followed by off season back surgery Howie chose to extend Jurgens for 4 more years with 39 mil guaranteed. We are stuck with him

Steen is a weak link. He needs to be replaced. He isn't a bad pass blocking OT but he is not an OG. Howie has him there as he drafted him early 3rd round. Only reason he is starting

The run game was better going to the right than it was going left, that's because Dickerson and Jurgens are where the breakdown is, Steen isn't Becton in the run game but people like you keep using that as an alibi for Dickerson and Jurgens sucking balls this year, neither can maintain a block worth a damn.

The entire offense is an absolute embarrassment. A complete clown show from top to bottom. They don't deserve to be on the same field as the defense. They should be carrying Gatorade for the defense, it's be more help than what they did second half. Which was nothing.

^^^^^^^

Agreed. Ish show of an Offense.

Great win. Defense balled out. Offense blows. The LG and Center still stink this season. They ain't gonna figure it out so......,

Also, stop wearing those stupid ugly Black pants. If you are going to rock a different pant for your uni's - not White or Green - then bring out Gray ones.

Thank you.

Imo. if eagles get smacked in playoffs because the offense doesnt show up but D stands on their head like usual - id blow up the entire offense as well as coaching on the offensive side. Keep brown smitty mailata. See if tank can be retained cheap. The rest can gtfo. Overpaid. Massively Underachieving.

The defense deserves that cheddar.

Even last season the pass game wasnt very good. Barkley and the D carried this team. Was that also on Moore as it is on KP this season? I dont think so. Play calls arent good. But certain players execution isnt there.

I love Jalen. Hes a legend for his amazing sb performance. But he's flat out MID most of the time. So streaky. So inconsistent. Dude has star play makers. He just doesn't have the brain to ball out if the run game isnt dominant vs a solid defense.

Then theres dead cap implications.. i wonder how thatll turn out.

Waiting until the final second to snap the ball for each down is SOOOO frustrating. Hurts has been doing it for at least the last 2 seasons, probably longer. I know this because I'm constantly yelling at the TV, "hike the F'ing ball!!!!"

A few weeks ago Mailata even commented on bringing a sense of urgency to getting the Oline set earlier and it seemed to help for like a series and then they went back to their old ways. 🤬

https://nextgenstats.nfl.com/charts/single/route/team/2025/week/a.j.-brown/BRO413223 - I think I posted it earlier in chat but look at AJ's routes for his targets. Nothing in breaking. no slants. no slgos. I checked a couple times today thinking this must just be the first half stats and not updated yet and I want to see second half.

Then I realized today that THERE ISNT ANYTHING IN SECOND HALF BECAUSE AJ SAW ZERO TARGETS. I should have realized that earlier because they had so few passes and Jalen converted nothing and almost all were throwaways. That is excusably bad design and playcalling. Yes, oline has issues but the coaching is just not compensating at all for them. Too often the route combinations dont work together to get people open they are all disjointed, each in isolation, or in some cases even get in way of each other.

The O Line is just so so bad.
