At the end of the day this really shouldn't surprise any of us. They had bounced in the first round written all over them since September.

I said the exact same thing....it was inevitable with this offense and the playcalling. Any other competent OC would have put up so many points and won in convincing fashion this season but nope, Siri wants to keep hiring his buddies to run the offense and Lurie lets him. This offense was cringe the entire season and it was so very hard to watch every single game.....

They showed us who they were today.

He should have been gone two years ago when it became clear he brought nothing to the table from a schematic perspective. Steichen, Moore, and Fangio have been the real brains behind the success. He's just there for the photo ops.

The change they’ll make it cutting the backup to the backup.

Time to move on from Siri.

I mean I’m good with Sirianni going as well but I’m crazy when I say that.

Nope, right there with you....but I think he is staying for at least one more season.....

You can see the difference between a well coached offense and the Eagles offense. The 49ers were without a ton of their best offensive players. They lost one of their best players in the game. They turned the ball over twice. But they made ADJUSTMENTS. That's what good coaches do. The Eagles offense had no answers all season long.

No chance he goes. But if they run it back with KP I’m out.

I mean with harbaugh available I consider it. maybe even for stefanski

Saw it coming. There was no reason to believe in this offense. Since week 1 they weren’t going to change. We’ve relied on the defense for 19 weeks.

If anyone thought they were anything more then this idk what team they were watching.

but I agree its not likely

Siri and Patullo need to go. O line needs a rebuild. The core is talented. AJ needs to snap out of it or he has to be replaced. Start the offseason by firing Patullo.

FIRE PATULLO!!!

Hurts should have done a better job looking off that target to pin the LB to the left before the throw. I agree. But I don't like the entire concept in such a high pressure situation. And I don't like that they are in that situation to begin with against a team a good OC would have already blown out. So many wasted reps all season and all game. its just ridiculous. They never found an identity and leaned into it. Even with clear patterns emerging they refused to lean in and develop off them as a base. They just sprinkled them in and kept their base the shotgun inside zone run and alot of hitch / go routes. The worst yac team in the league says everything. YAC is free Fing yards if you scheme it. AJ is one of the best YAC guys in the league and he isnt being moved all over the formation and getting 15 targets a game? I mean cmon what is this crap?

Can you imagine this offensive roster with a McVay or Ben Johnson or Shanahan? Can you see all the boots Hurts would be running and all the easy schemed throws? Just abysmal.

My only silver lining now is Lurie can step in and do what needs to be done and clean house because Howie put the roster in place for IMO 4 legit high % super bowls and Sirianni delivered on 25%. I know people think Sirianni is a winner and great because of his record and the SB win. I get that. But he has benefited from arguable the most dominate rosters with a 5 year window in post free agency history.

Is is possible to get Mike McDaniel as OC?

I'm so glad they rested their players to give up the 2 seed. I just love the arrogance of this team. As it shows why change anything it looks like it's paying off. This has Nick written all over it. Fire that Fing loser!

I doubt they would have beat the Packers anyways.

I dont want another CEO HC. They need an offensive mind and can go young. They have Fangio until he retires to run the D.

watching ashlyn on the postgame show makes things a little better

I think AJ's played his final game as an Eagle. And much like TO, the legacy he leaves here will be a complicated one.

Thats not happening.

Its now Official

GO FLYERS!!!

The most painful victorious season to watch finally come to an end.

Sadly, to me, we had one & done written all over the place after two months of football.

We'll never know. The Eagles obviously had it out for the Eagles this year because of tush push. To many lopsided officiated games this year. There is no way the 49ers didn't commit any holding calls on defense or offense this game complete b*******
