They clearly underachieved this year. It was completely on the coaching staff. You could try to find another OC but if he’s successful he’ll be hired away again. This head coach is a clown who can’t construct an NFL offense without serious help.

0% chance

No - it is now possible that he could after next year though. And he will never be able to promote internally again.

Nope

He won the Super Bowl last year. Not likely he goes. That buys him at least 1 more year.

Blow it up sign big John send everyone else packing

I would fire him, hes an offensive coach who doesnt know offense.

He wont get fired hell get another shot with another OC.

If he doesnt fire Patullo fire em both immediately.

No, what is Nick's regular season record?

What is Nick's playoff record?

What was the most recent SB win for Nick as a HC?

We entered the playoffs relatively healthy. It didn't do much good. I'd like to see Nick do a better job with preparation. Give the starters a quarter or two in the preseason. Don't end practices early. Less rest days for guys that aren't playing to their standard. If vets want more rest, they can put games away early so the backups can come in.

I'm not sure he's he biggest problem. YEET the OC.

He forced the OC on us and then protected him over team every week for 19 awful weeks of offense that was offensive.

Should be but won’t. Same with KP. Expect both back next year.

Siri stays. Hopefully he learns.

OC has to go. I'll help him pack his house up and drive him to the airport. 😀

Arguably one of the best roster windows ever assembled in the FA era. 4 years. 2 one and dones with major underachievment. 1 SB win. 1 SB loss that you can pin on his selection for DC. The 1 SB win coming from an OC and DC not chosen by him.

DC stability is solved. Can the Eagles solve offensive stability with Sirianni as HC? I don't think so and I hope Lurie and Roseman come to the same conclusion. The only way to secure a top OC option this year is to make them HC and pair them with Fangio.

Don't be mean. Say you mutually agreed to part ways and that you are thankful that Nick built a winning culture here but it was time to go in a new direction.

He will get hired within a week (I hope to a NY team)

Maybe even better he gets hired as OC for Dallas.

Here's hoping. Bring on Harbaugh.

Don't want. CEO coach who can't run an offense OR a defense. Same problems.

Harbaugh is just like siriani

I think Stefanski is the best guy. I will also take McCarthy with a good modern OC.

I love McDaniel as OC but I will take him as HC over Siri if its the only way to improve my system guy / play caller. (Fangio's opinion of him will carry a lot of weight)

I would even take Doug back over Siri but he would not be near my top choice.

I see Siri as a poison here. His terrible conservative do-nothing offensive attitude infects the organization.

It was infected in the 2nd half of games in 2022 even when things were mostly going well.

He is not a serious person. He is not professional. He has lost all credibility with the Patullo maneuver.

He needs to go.

Someone explain what the Nick Siriani scheme is.

Tell me what it does well.

Tell me how it takes advantage of this roster.

Sell me on why they should keep this innovator.

If he stays, he NEVER gets to choose an OC the rest of his life. Howie and Lurie do it, as crappy as that is.

I wouldn't be upset if siri was shown the door that said I don't think siri will be fired but I do think kp is gone... Theres absolutely no way to justify keeping kp... If siri objects he'll go the same way Doug did

No. But we need a professional veteran OC who is able to work with Hurts and co., call a good game and make adjustments, and maybe most importantly, keep Nick the hell out of it.
