I'm not sure why people keep saying Smith won't be as good without AJ.Because people love regurgitating what everybody else is saying.....Smitty is a number one receiver with or without AJ.....people are just slow and clueless.....

I do hope they work it out for at least this season but, Smith can easily be a #1 on his own.

If they tweet anything and everything, then one of those million things happen, they quote themselves and say "look at me, I'm smart, I got it right"

March 30Mar 30 Based on what Siriani and Roseman said or didn’t say at the owners meeting, I think it’s more likely than not that AJ gets traded. Probably after June 1.

He went from we don't trade great players and AJ Brown is a great player (at the deadline) to it's my job to listen on all players (at the start of the off-season) to "he's an Eagle." I think it's pretty obvious the trade market just never materialized for him the way the Eagles had hoped or fans thought. At this point it looks he either goes to the Pats post June 1st for what I suspect will be an underwhelming return, or they just keep him and hope he doesn't have any major meltdowns for one more year.

There was a change in tone and a lack of expansion. It was debatable whether they could have traded him prior in any event. I don’t think it’s a foregone conclusion that he’s gone. Jauan Jennings is an interesting potential short term replacement if he stays unsigned and gives us the big body replacement that we would need.

People just need to chill and wait until June 1st ... highly unlikely anything is going to happen until then so they can spread out that dead money hit over this season and next.

Howie saying "he's on the roster" all but confirmed it's just a matter of when, not if, he is traded.

My initial thought was, well a man does have a right to find a companion. But I didn't realize he was married! But who knows the full story ... perhaps he and the wife are separated or heading toward splitsville (if they weren't then they probably are now HA!).
