January 18Jan 18 Yeah our STs have been solid. Not exciting or game changing (one exception is the Rams game). But decent enough. The one head scratcher was having that Punt returner try and return a punt within the 5 yard line against Dallas. Then proceeded to get rocked and fumbled. He should probably not see an NFL field ever again as a PR.
January 20Jan 20 Author And now GB is the latest team to express interest in Parker for their DC spot.

This hire, though, does feel a bit rushed to me. They get a guy that has been learning under Fangio, but only has a few years of NFL coaching experience and never outside of coaching DBs. We've seen a lot of Fangio-clones that don't quite measure up --- mostly because they don't have that seasoned, old-school mentality that commands respect. I expect dallas to continue to do dallas things and this hire fits the mold.

Let the bad teams rush to sign these "big names." Who freakin' cares? As for the offseason, it has barely even started. Aside from interviewing candidates to replace KP, all we can do is sign scrubs to reserve/future deals or work on extensions with our own guys. Free agency is more than a month away. The draft is 3 months away.

He has no experience and could be a bust but he could be successful too I hate to admit it but i give credit to Cowboys to do things differently. That said trying to copy the Eagles do not garantee them they will have the same success lol

But he chose to accept the OC spot there. We reportedly have interviewed Declan Doyle (Chicago). If we hire him we would be poaching him from them.We also reportedly made a request to interview Jim Bob Cooter. Should we hire him it would also be poaching him from Indianapolis.
January 26Jan 26 ^^^^^I know, I know. I was just being facetious. 😊I hope I used that word correctly. Ha!

January 28Jan 28 ["Mike McDaniel and Brian Daboll were the Eagles' two top targets," McMullen wrote. "No offer was made to either, however, because McDaniel was clearly going in another direction, and Daboll explained his priorities: a head-coaching job or the Titans and Robert Saleh, who he has gotten very close to. One source said the Eagles have not actually offered the job to anyone. They’re losing coaches faster than they replace them. I’d prefer an older OC who isn’t looking to be a HC in a year. Get an OC similar to the current DC.
