Signing them now means they can be on the 90-man roster when the next league year begins. Here’s the list of Eagles’ signings so far, starting with the newcomers:RB Carson Steele: The Eagles are listing Steele (6-0, 228) as a running back but he could be a fullback option for them. Steele spent the last two years with the Chiefs after going undrafted out of UCLA in 2024. As a rookie, Steele played in 17 games and started three. He had 56 rushing attempts for 183 yards (3.3) and caught 7 passes for 26 yards; Steele was also a special teams contributor. He spent the 2025 season on their practice squad. With the Eagles, Steele will likely have the opportunity to compete for a position as a backup running back/fullback, if the Eagles have a lead-blocker role. They began the 2025 season with Ben VanSumeren in that FB role but he was injured in Week 1. They then turned to Cam Latu in that spot.LB Jose Ramirez: The Buccaneers drafted Ramirez (6-2, 252) in the sixth round out of Eastern Michigan in 2023. Ramirez was on the practice squad as a rookie and then played in just four games in his second NFL season. After getting cut by the Bucs ahead of the 2025 season, Ramirez signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the CFL. Ramirez played in three games with four tackles and a sack. He was released by Hamilton earlier this month to pursue the opportunity with the Eagles.OT John Ojukwu: Ojukwu (6-5, 309) was signed by the Titans back in 2023 after going undrafted out of Boise State. Over the last three seasons, Ojukwu played in 16 games for the Titans, starting 9. Ojukwu saw work at right tackle and also as an inline/TE blocker on offense. The Eagles used that jumbo package with some success in 2025 when Fred Johnson was still Lane Johnson’s backup.TE Jaheim Bell: The 7th-round pick of the Patriots out of Florida State in 2024 actually spent a week with the Eagles’ practice squad in October. Bell (6-2, 241) finished the 2025 season on the Steelers’ practice squad. As a rookie in 2024, Bell played in 15 games for the Pats. He had 2 catches for 20 yards.DT Gabe Hall: Hall (6-6, 295) had a great training camp in 2025 and actually made the initial 53-man roster before getting released and subsequently signed to the practice squad. The Eagles signed Hall as a UDFA out of Baylor in 2024. He played in two games for the team in 2025.LB Chance Campbell: The Eagles signed Campbell (6-2, 232) in late August but he must have made an immediate impression because they signed him to the practice squad and kept him there all year. Campbell, 26, was one of their top scout team players this season. The Titans drafted Campbell in the sixth round out of Ole Miss in 2022. Campbell has played in four career games.WR Quez Watkins: Yeah, Watkins is still around. The 27-year-old came back to the Eagles’ practice squad during the 2025 season after stints with the Steelers and Cardinals. The Eagles drafted Watkins in the sixth round of the 2020 draft and he played a lot. In his first four years with the Eagles, Watkins played in 49 games with 25 starts and had 98 catches for 1,249 yards and 6 touchdowns.TE E.J. Jenkins: Jenkins (6-6, 245) has been on the Eagles’ practice squad for parts of the last three seasons. He first came to Philly in November of 2023. In 2025, Jenkins played in 2 games and has played in 10 games for the Eagles over the last two years. In addition to his role as a tight end, Jenkins is known for his special teams ability.S Andre’ Sam: The Eagles signed Sam (5-10, 194) as an undrafted rookie out of LSU in 2024 and he has been a staple of the practice squad the last two years, playing in four games. Sam was elevated the maximum three times this regular season and was also elevated for the playoff game against the 49ers.DB Ambry Thomas: Thomas (6-0, 190) spent the 2025 season on the Eagles’ practice squad. The 26-year-old was a third-round pick by the 49ers out of Michigan in the 2021 draft. From 2021-23, Thomas played in 42 games with 11 starts for the 49ers. He has 2 career interceptions and 12 pass breakups.DB Tariq Castro-Fields: The Penn State product has been with the Eagles since the middle of the 2022 season. He was initially selected by the 49ers in the sixth round of the 2022 draft. Castro-Fields (6-1, 197) has also spent time with the Commanders and Panthers and has played in 12 NFL games with 1 start. His last game action came with the Panthers in 2024.WR Danny Gray: The 49ers drafted Gray in the third round out of SMU in the 2022 draft but released him at final cuts in 2024. Gray (6-0, 200) joined the Eagles’ practice squad during the 2024 season. His only NFL game action came with the Niners in 2024, when he played in 13 games. Gray had just two touches in those 13 games.DB Brandon Johnson: The Eagles signed Johnson as a UDFA out of Oregon this past season. Johnson (5-10, 185) was released at final cuts but spent the season on the Eagles’ practice squad and was elevated the maximum three times in the last three games of the season. He suffered an ankle injury in the Week 18 game and was played on the practice squad injury list.C Jake Majors: After going undrafted out of Texas, Majors (6-3, 306) signed with the Buccaneers, but was waived with an injury designation. Majors signed to the Eagles’ practice squad in September and spent the rest of his rookie season there.OT Hollin Pierce: The Eagles signed Pierce (6-8, 341) as an undrafted free agent this past season. The Rutgers product was learning guard during training camp and spent most of his rookie season on the Eagles’ practice squad.https://www.nbcsportsphiladelphia.com/nfl/philadelphia-eagles/breaking-down-list-of-eagles-reserve-futures-contracts/708477/
