EU countries issue travel warning to their citizens to stay out of Cuba.

edit: The US is essentially conducting an oil blockade of Cuba that started two weeks ago after Trump signed an EO declaring a "National Emergency" with "threats coming from Cuba". Part of the blockade is the interception of tankers in the Caribbean and part of that is economic penalties against any country supplying Cuba with oil. The oil reserves are beginning to run out now in Cuba. Rolling blackouts, grounded airplanes, hospitals without enough energy to meet needs, etc. The situation is getting worse by the day.

With everything else going on we aren't seeing this item on the top of the newsfeeds yet. Give it time.

Don't forget the Medianoche sandwich. It's basically a Cubano but with soft egg bread (kinda like challah) instead of crusty lard bread. Also very good.

the plaza azteca restraunt near me has a torta with avacado and birra meat on it. its one of my favorite things on the menu
