Hmmmm...I have a feeling that Non-Profit doesn't mean what most think it means. My understanding - and it's probably flawed - is that a Non-Profit doesn't sell shares and doesn't pay a dividend. There is no restriction on what officers and senior people may be paid. Or what or who the Non-Profit spends its money on. Or who/what it donates to. It just can't show a profit at the end of the year. I'm sure there's more to it.
