As long as Philips hasn’t been re-signed I still believe Howie will play the comp pick formula and I also believe AJ will get traded. Whether pre or post June 1. 

Too much smoke, too much chatter for it not to happen IMO. I honestly believe he doesn’t want to be here anymore. I know, trading him s*cks, especially from a financial standpoint, but what good would he be for us if he can’t mask his unhappiness on and off the field? This guy can’t contain his displeasure, plain and simple, and is going to be a distraction going forward. Hate to lose him but can’t have that!

I like the draft. A couple of things though - I think Chris Johnson can be had in the 2nd. Ok - now I'm ntpicking - its Doubs not the way you spelled it.

Both Doubs and Mafe would cost you approximately the same as one Philips.

Think about that! It’s about what you’ll pay a player annually, not what the total contract tells you. It’s not that those guys get 12, 20 or even 25 million a year in salary.
