Nope. They took the exit doors and such freeing up the TSA people to work the lines, so yeah. Solve it? No. Reduced it from a few hours to 40 min according to CNN in ATL? Yeah.

Or, security wait times change throughout the day depending on the number of departing flights occurring during a certain window. It’s not like those airports had 4 hour wait times 24/7. I flew out of Philly last Saturday, and there was no line for security. Flew out of Tampa this past Saturday, again no line for security. I didn’t have morning flights, which is when airports are typically the busiest.

Why is it so hard for these TDS riddled MAGAs to wrap their heads around such a simple sequence of events? It's simple, the shutdown is already pretty bad and it's obviously going to get worse by the day until the actual employees trained to operate airports getting f'ing paid.
