August 15Aug 15 I am never going to tell a team that they have to start Deshaun Watson but wow, Shedeur is not an NFL QB.The only reason to start Shedeur 17 times is so you can go 4-13 and pick a new QB next year.From what I have seen today, they should trade for Keenum and start him.

August 22Aug 22 ANY QB that gets drafted by the Cleveland browns, their career is severely hampered. Any parent, agent or college coach who is advising a top level draft prospect would be well advised to avoid franchises like Cleveland, the NY Jets, the AZ cardinals, the Raiders and the Falcons......they can neither recognize QB talent and cannot develop one. If they get drafted by one of those, go to Canada for a year or two, or flat out to refuse to report.... Demand a trade......teams with bad front offices and revolving doors for head coaches is the best way to destroy your career.

It's the smart move. Whoever starts in Cleveland is likely to fail. Better to let Watson absorb that failure instead of ruining the confidence of a young player who isn't ready. Much better situation for a young QB to replace Watson mid-season, unless of course Watson plays well - then the move will have been a good one.

I doubt Shedeur is ready by week 3 (or ever) but getting him destroyed twice in Florida in September is a definite no for me. I'd be fine with them starting Gabriel in week 3 but I am also fine with Shedeur falling on his face every week for the last 15 games.

He was draft bust even in round 5 bad.Giovani Carmazi, Josh Rosen, Cade McNown, and JaMarcus Russell were also drafted.Shedeur is the Danny Watkins or Vernon Gholston of QBs.
