Outside of hip hop, I mostly have the musical taste of a teenage girl in the 90’s…. blushblush

But I sometimes branch out to other stuff. Been listening to a band called Codefendants the past couple days…not bad. Hip hop & rock/punk type sound. Anybody here ever heard of them? unsure

I’m guessing a lot of Alanis Morrissette and Spice Girls. rock

Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox

Erza Collective. A UK jazz band with lot of hip hop and latin music influence.

Interesting concept. I’m a few songs in & they’re definitely a vibe.

We have tickets to see Smashing Pumpkins next Friday so I’ve been listening to them when I have the radio on but, honestly, I’ve been driving with the radio off more and more over the past several months.

I saw them live in Nashville about 10 years ago. It was fun.

Czarface with Frankie Pulitzer (Tom Hardy) - Wu Tang hip hop revival

Pat Junior - more 90s hip hop style

The Red Clay Strays - blues/country

Cold Clay Mountain: hard rock/country mix.

The Record Company: rock & blues (cool cover of Beastie Boys So What cha Want)

Brother Jason & the Red Dirt Saints: country/blues/folk, singer sounds like Chris Stapleton

Nathaniel Ratcliff & The Night Sweats: rock pop blues kinda like St. Paul & the Broken Bones

Spiritbox: hard rock/metal like Evanescence style

Capture This: hard rock, sounds like Paramore

Stand Atlantic: hard rock, singer performed with Linkin Park on a series, fans thought she'd be a good replacement for Chester but she was committed to her band

Our Vices: 90s style rap/rock, similar to Faith No More

Halestorm, The Pretty Wreckless, fera: chick hard rock

Blackberry Smoke: blues/rock/country

Tanner Usrey: blues/rock/country

Rush, Rush, and more Rush until I see them in 8 weeks.

Yeah, I'll put it on about once a week for something different otherwise it's usually Classic Vinyl or Classic Rewind. Today for some reason I started with 80s and man, I forgot how bad 'mainstream' music was back then.
