Powers is a former second round pick I believe who has been in and out of the lineup as starter for the Raiders at several positions.. it was rumored that Pete Carrol didn’t like him. He won the starting RG position in camp and held it for several weeks but with the raiders back to losing they have since benched him. He has another year on his rookie contract probably wouldn’t cost much of a draft pick and we have a lot of O-line issues. If we aren’t throwing in the towel I think he would be worth a look.

He was one of the guys I wanted in the draft that year. Id definately kick the tires on him
