I watch mostly at home on Sunday Ticket, but when I do go out its either to Tobacco Road at ATC (the Eagles group there is very large, getting the whole room on the right as you first enter, Eagles decorations, jersey giveaway at half-time, etc) or Dains Place on 9th St if you want a smaller all-Eagles eperience. Both have good beer and food selections.

Woody's in downtown Raleigh is great.
