i knew this case was a stretch. 

See, this is what happens when somebody gets rubbed the wrong way.

This happened over a year and half ago.  I guess the cops were really reaching around for any tips they could get their hands on.  

He waited a long time for the climax to this. 

Kraft said having a great lawyer "came in handy” 

Kraft really needs to get a grip on himself.

The prosecution seemed like they were jerking around. 

You gotta hand it to the defense... if this had gone to the Supreme Court, it probably would have required them reaching deep to pull that one off.
