Some of the comments I read suggested the range as "too narrow" and others said it was "too broad".  The framing of any task like this goes a good ways to determining what gets discussed and what the results may look like when the report is delivered.

Drama with SCOTUS and something to keep an eye on.  Not commenting on the actual decision itself but the idea of the court breaking from precedent without the usual high standards that is expected to breaking precedent would be concerning.
