I know one way North Dakota can attract more college students.

These institutions of higher learning are bloated, heavily endowed organizations that are throwing the economy off whack and sending a generation of kids into a hole they'll never be able to climb out of.  This system needs to be adjusted.  To start with, tax the crap out of these universities and earmark the money to pay down student loan debt.

Consumers need to be more practical and responsible. Unless you can get into an IVY or you get a scholarship, going to a community college for 2 years and a state school for 2 years is the way most people should go.

I’m just curious… what do you think will happen to tuition rates if we start racing the crap out of universities?
