Lots of bloated contracts and minimal effort. Doug needs a rock solid OC and he does better when he delegates and oversees things. I think our offense was doomed to fail when they decided to go without an OC and then they brought in Rich and Marty. I think they only brought Marty in because they wanted him to bring some of the plays/schemes that Lamar ran with the Ravens for Hurts which is a dumb reason to bring in someone when Hurts will only get about 2 snaps a game and he's not the same dynamically as Lamar is. They need to get back to a normal offensive staff structure and hire a more seasoned QB coach. Doug needs to delegate down and just oversee things vs. having his hands in the minutia. To come out with exactly the same issues after the bye is unacceptable and heads should roll for that. No improvements on offense at all. The same issues against non RB run plays on defense.
