To basically get your mind off things and clear your minds for a bit. This shows how much the coaches were ready to coach this game.

Other than getting the team to play hard for him, Doug brings absolutely nothing to the table that puts him in any conversation about really good coaches.

That was a pathetic display of football. So undisciplined and inept. This team seems to lack leadership from coaches to players. Lots of bloated contracts and minimal effort. Missed throws, drops, missed blocks, bad coverage, stupid STUPID penalties and almost all of that is on the coaching staff, and the GM who put this crap together.

I'm sure they had lots of ice cream over the bye week

You didn’t hear??  Doug worked them hard during the bye week.  He had them in once to review film!!

Doug needs a rock solid OC and he does better when he delegates and oversees things. I think our offense was doomed to fail when they decided to go without an OC and then they brought in Rich and Marty.  I think they only brought Marty in because they wanted him to bring some of the plays/schemes that Lamar ran with the Ravens for Hurts which is a dumb reason to bring in someone when Hurts will only get about 2 snaps a game and he's not the same dynamically as Lamar is.  They need to get back to a normal offensive staff structure and hire a more seasoned QB coach. Doug needs to delegate down and just oversee things vs. having his hands in the minutia.  They need to hold Carson accountable, too. If he has to ride the pine for a half or a game, then so be it.

"The new norm” is up there with "good standard” and "QB factory” as being completely moronic statements made by those sitting atop of this franchise.

Yup, this team needs a new PR department as well.

That yesterday was disgraceful. To come out with exactly the same issues after the bye is unacceptable and heads should roll for that. No improvements on offense at all. The same issues against non RB run plays on defense. Absolutely unacceptable.
