This team needs to either knock it out of the park on every pick in the next draft or it's years away from competing, and even with a better GM than Howie the latter seems a lot more likely, and that's why I'd get rid of Doug too, I honestly don't see the point of trotting out Doug's offense another 3 or 4 years rebuilding the roster for just before he retires.
