The Vegas line is probably for Hill starting at qb. If I'm the saints I'd maybe dress Brees but start Hill. They should be able to win this without risking Brees.

I'm just of the opinion that this line looks too good to be true, particularly if Brees is back (it's up to 8.5 BTW).  And now that we know Hurts is starting the picture is even muddier. 

I'll take the Saints minus the points and bet the Over. 

As far as I can tell as of now the Saints active QB's are Hill, Siemian and Winston. Wouldn't they have had to announce they were moving Brees off IR by now if he had any chance of starting Sunday?

He's eligible to "officially" return to practice Friday.  They can decide after that. 

Something that might be in our favour regarding Brees is that they're already in the play offs anyway, Brees is returning from a rib injury and we have the second best defense in terms of sacks in the league with 38, my guess is they hold him out until they play the much softer d lines of the Chiefs (20 sacks). Vikes (21) and Panthers (18).
